Springdale Dentistry provides A-1 service! From the receptionist, the hygienist, to the Doctors! Doctors are great, they treated my daughter with care, they were very informative of the procedure & aftercare. Mick was awesome! best cleaning experience ever! Today was my very first time visiting. The staff is absolutely amazing! Friendly, fun and I felt very welcome. Taia, my hygienist did a great job with my ex rays. She is thorough, efficient and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, even as my anxiety got high. Dr. Carter was friendly! I loved that he took the time to ask me about myself before getting started. I got a cleaning a year ago from a dentist and that dentist was not nearly as detail oriented as Dr. Carter. I was very impressed. He answered all of my questions, and told me what to expect every step of the day. Michelle, the sweet office manager was my first impression of the business. She was warm and friendly with me when I was booking my appointment and the very next day when I came in it felt like meeting an old friend. Chandra helped me at check out with getting my follow up visit and pricing for my next service (Zoom whitening). Chandra and Michelle were my cheer squad after getting cleared to have my teeth professionally whitened. They got excited for me and that helped me feel happy and hopeful about restoring mu confidence with my smile soon. I recommend coming in to anyone! I’m very happy with that service and the team.
