Do not waste your time if you can get someone to answer to even make an appointment that is..they messed my cleaning up! He is trash the office is disgusting..I wish there was a lower number to pick besides one star!!!

First time here, no nearer choices for caresource. Place is dirty, waiting room, shredded chairs, bathroom has spiders, exam rooms... filthiest doctors office I've ever seen. Sent home to wait for approval from insurance. Seriously considering going anywhere else. Dr. barely listening. So I called Caresource to report the situation, then 3 days later they called me to say they did not want me as a patient after they heard about the complaint, and they would not submit the approval. The woman who called said they want good doctor/ patient relationships. How can they with a doctor who neither listens or talks to patients? It made me laugh as I had NO plans to go back anyway...too nasty! Get a cleaning crew, for God's sake.

I haven't seen a dentist in over 2 years and I have caresource this is the only dentist I could get into. Now I've never been, so idk how professional they work, but let me tell you one thing for sure. I had an appointment scheduled for the 8th of August. I have called them a total of 47 times this week and let me tell you they never and I mean N E V E R!!! Answer their phone or return calls. No email, no voice-mail. Extremley unprofessional and neglecting there patients needs. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with people who apparently don't want anything to do with you!

They spent more time looking at my paperwork than they did cleaning my teeth. Was told they are not even working during the whole month of April and I need two fillings completed and he told me "well just keep the clean", upon me asking about tooth decay while waiting so long for an appointment. Jabbed me multiple times with the cleaning tool, which is sharp. Did not ask if there was any pain and didnt act like he cared. Cleaning was completed in less than 15 minutes. After Googling how long a tooth cleaning should take- a professional one should take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. Whole visit over in 20 minutes...smh Extremely disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DENTIST IVE EVER BEEN TOO the main doctor gave me 12 shots and didnt even wait in between shots. He then continues to over fill and over drill my teeth. He let the drill slop at leave 5 times per tooth and i actually was begging my mom to get me out of there. I went in fhere for a cleaning and afterwards i was able to move my teeth around and actively see them move. If i could give them less stars i would.

I had 5 teeth pulled, 2 of them being wisdom teeth. I've never had teeth pulled so quickly honestly. I didn't feel anything. Staff is very kind as well. Truly a good place to go.

I was anxious about getting a tooth extracted here because I've never been to this location before, but the staff were professional, courteous, and quick. The anesthesia was completely effective and the extraction itself took probably 10 seconds flat with very little discomfort. I hate having dental work done (I mean, who doesn't) but they absolutely made the experience as hassle-free as I could've imagined while still being thorough and safe. I would definitely recommend.

So I just feel obligated to comment on the review below by Ronda Bennet. My family was there when this lady was "being treated terrible" by the staff. What she failed to mention in her review, was how rude she was to not only the staff, but to everybody else that was there. She was asked to sit down to fill out her paperwork, so other patients could get to the receptionist. She stated that she was comfortable where she was at and refused to get out of the way. Her appointment was at 9 and was asking at 9:05 how long it was going to be. When it was explained to her that after she got done filling out the paperwork there was task that they had to do, she was very rude and hateful at the response she got. The staff was in my opinion VERY POLITE to this underserving person. The bad thing was that her own mother had to be a witness to the way her own daughter was acting. I can honestly say that the staff was way more patient then I would have ever been. After she called the receptionist a "B----" and threw a pen at her, I think they should have called the police. My experiences at Troy Family Dental have always been awesome. The Dentist and his staff deserve a pat on the back for their service to my family. They deserve my 5 star rating.

I don't even want to give one star, I walked in for my 79 year old mom New Patient and was treated terrible! I Asked two questions If the Dr was running late. and if I could have the intake form back because I forgot to circle some questions on the back..., ~ The dental Hygienist was talking to the Dr. down the hallway and the Doctor actually opened the door to me where I tried to give him the paper and was thinking he was going to ask us in .. When what he said was "ARE YOU COMPLAINING?" agressively, I was surprised at this and said "No, But I can." with that He told me to go somewhere else, to Leave Now.! I was surprised by this Scene he was creating in his Own office!!! I actually couldnt believe he was serious so I asked " Are you kicking me out?" REALLY? When I asked what HIS name was he told me to go or he'd call the police! Im the type that looks for the good in all things and actually consider people having a bad day and try not to react emotionally. Hence calming down from the Shock of what happened I decided to call the Ohio Dental Board to report this business .. and now leaving this review. People like this do NOT deserve to make a living working with People if they have Zero tolerance or compassion for the potential client/ patient walking in the door. SHAME on YOU TROY FAMILY DENTAL your name creates a unity that is NOT TRUE ... you are NOT the dentist Id want for MY family!
