I have only been to my initial visit and I am already very impressed! The office is beautiful and clean, I didn’t have to sit and wait forever, and the technology they have is so extensive! The dentist was able to show me X-rays and photos of my teeth on a large screen immediately. He thoroughly explained a treatment plan and what I should focus on to help my teeth specifically. Corryn at the front desk was welcoming and eased my anxiety of getting work done and Courtney the dental assistant was very comforting and knowledgeable!

WC Family Dentistry never disappoints, on any procedure. Staff are great, Dentist are chosen with high requirements of Quality, knowledge and professionalism, working as a well oiled Team. My only complaint is I did not discover them many years ago. Also the fish tank needs to grow to be seen on both floors for all us kids to enjoy them…..LOL

Update: We just had our annual appointments again. Our appointment was at the end of the day and Dr. Tran was just phenomenal with us. He was very thorough, relatable, and made the kids feel like VIPs at the office. We recommend their practice all the time and will continue to do so. This practice truly cares about their patients. Took my daughter for her first check up at 2. The staff was great and worked with her when she was no cooperative, as any 2 year old epics typically be. Our whole family goes here and we love the staff and dentists here.

Long day in the chair but it was the best experience that I have had with the type of work being done. I came to West Chester Family Dentistry after a rather traumatic dental journey at a different location. West Chester Family Dentistry came highly recommended. My first appointment left me in awe. There are many employees, all of which are friendly and smiling to everyone. Dr Gersch was kind, gentle, and thorough. He took his time to walk me through a treatment plan and even hand wrote a summary for my referral to am endodontist. My entire family has switched to the practice. As both my kids saw him today, he actually came out to the waiting room to meet and chat with them as we waited for the hygienist. I am mad that we waited this long to find this office, but so so very thankful that we are now in good hands! What a truly wonderful practice that covers ALL our needs! (And if they can’t, they wisely refer)
