This office is terrific. From check in to check out.. Right on time. My hygienist was fantastic. She was through, kept me calm and answered all of my questions and concerns. She even knew when to let me speak while she was doing her job. What a great experience at the dentist.

Dr. Baker as always was so caring and great!! She’s a great caring dentist. And Michelle my hygienist is so warm caring and wonderful as well. Love this place. And that’s a lot considering it’s a dental office😊

Dr. Andy was great as always! He is a dentist that cares about you and your dental health. His team is great and they make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. If you are looking for a dentist, call the Gentle Dentist. They are excellent!!!

Dr. Nash is the absolute best! He is so patient and personable. I love that he explains everything as he is doing it and makes me feel like he truly cares about my health. I appreciate him and the Gentle Dentist team so much.

I was incredibly nervous to go to the dentist after avoiding it for 3 years. I had a broken tooth that I knew needed fixed. Dr. Andy and Jess were incredible from the get go. Within 24 hours of filling out the new patient forms I had an appointment scheduled. Dr Andy explained everything as they went during the first exam and cleaning and when I left I had a breakdown of what needed done. The front desk even emailed me a schedule that would work best with my insurance to get the most paid for. I had another appointment to fix my tooth in less than a week! The day of the procedure Dr Andy and Jess were incredibly kind, patient and understanding. I was given the option to have laughing gas (and took it). They checked on me throughout and explained everything as they went. I had brought a paper clip to distract myself while they were working and halfway through, I had forgotten all about the paper clip. It was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be going to any other dentist office. The Gentle Dentist is hands down the best.

I needed a crown and I was able to get my appointments scheduled very easily and quickly. As usual, they took care of me with such kindness and sensitivity to my anxiety. Pain free! The temporary crown was so comfortable I forgot it was there and the final crown was also made and inserted without any problems. I especially appreciated the follow up calls to make sure I was okay. The best of care in an environment to make me feel comfortable. The only dentistry service I will ever go to!

Got in promptly at scheduled appt. time. Hygienist (Heather) was friendly. Found the beginning of an issue and gave me referral to get it taken care of right away.

I had a significant emergency dental problem this morning. Being a Friday I was worried that I would have to wait until Monday to get treatment. I called The Gentle Dentist at 11 AM and they had me in by 1 PM. The problem is fixed on a permanent basis, and I was out the door within 90 minutes. I’ve gone there for the last 15 years and will never go anywhere else!

I have to say, my experience with The Gentle Dentist has been top notch. Everyone is patient and knowledgeable at all levels throughout the business. They really take the fear out of dental care. Dr. Cronin always takes good care of me and my family.

Dr. Baker is the most amazing dentist and a genuinely nice person too! Debbie is wonderful. All of the staff at Gentle Dentist are always friendly and helpful!

Love this dentist! I travel a lot and have been to many dentist offices. This place is by far my favorite. Everyone if very kind, thorough, thoughtful, and clean. I’ve recommended to all of my coworkers!

Huge waste of time. If I had known they weren't going to do anything about my broken tooth, I would have gone elsewhere. I made an appointment to get my tooth fixed. All they did was look at it, take some exrays, bill my insurance and send me on my way. Twice I asked what can be done now. Twice I was told they could put a filling in. I was confused when she took the bib off, but that was all cleared up when the billing girl told me no work was getting done today. I wish they would have told me no work would get done same day when I made the appointment. I need my tooth fixed, not looked at. I'm left feeling like it was just a sham to bill my insurance for essentially nothing.Because that's really what they did! Nothing! I have to go get some temp filling at the store and go another week before I can get in somewhere else to actually get work done 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Thanks for nothing, and probably a bill that is for no work done 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 So upset . You need to make it clear to your patients that you won't be doing work when they make their appointments. Fifty minutes round trip for nothing. All for nothing. Yeah you're nice but that doesn't make up for my time completely wasted. Thanks again, for nothing.

I’ve been coming to the Gentle Dentist for years, I have high anxiety and an aweful pain level when getting cleanings, these workers are the best I wouldn’t change for anything. They really take good care of you and truly are a one stop shop.

Dr baker is amazing and patient with our kids. We appreciate her and drive from Mansfield to see her. Kelly is an awesome dental hygienist as well.

If you are nervous or scared of the dentist this is your place. Dr. Dexter and all the staff I have interacted with at The Gentle Dentist have been incredibly patient and kind. Truly excellent care and for the first time in my life I'm not dreading my next dentist visit at all.
