Dentistry by Design

I cannot recommend this office enough. I have been a patient for nearly 3 years and Dr. Lumpkin and his staff have always been more than accommodating and pleasant to me. I recently have had to make several, unexpected, trips to their office and they never had any issue working me in. I’m incredibly sad we are moving and losing such a great and compassionate caring dental team. Word of unsolicited advice to patients: make sure you book your maintenance dental appointments as far out as you can because their stellar service makes them in high demand for routine care!

Love this place, the ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful and my hygienist Christy was amazing, super sweet and did a great job!

Always a great experience! Staff are always friendly and helping. Brooke and Nicci have helped me multiple times and have been awesome. Dr. Lumpkin is very nice as well.

Dr. Lumpkin and his staff are great. Christy is not only able to do cleanings efficiently and without pain, but she takes the extra time to educate. She helped me come up with a plan to improve my dental hygiene and now the cleanings are even easier to sit through.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never been so pleased! I love Dr. Lumpkin and his whole office. I just had an awesome cleaning with Chrissy…looking forward to seeing her next year 😁

I love my dentist office. From easy and convenient scheduling, text reminders and all of the wonderful staff (thanks for keeping my smile in great shape, Chrissy), there is no where else I would prefer to take care of my dental need.

Very professional. very complete. They have 7:30am appointments which is wonderful for me. Chrissy performed my cleaning and my teeth feel so much better. The office staff is wonderful and Dr. Lumpkin was very nice.

Have been going to Denistry by Design for years. Dr. Lumpkin and all of his staff are top notch always have gone above and beyond from appointments, to billing, to the dental hygienist and when the doctor said I needed a crown, I said; “oh my gosh you’re right! I do!!!” Unfortunately, I wanted the diamond kind and he was talking about dental kind! Dr. Lumpkin’s dental assistant Amber is ahmazing!!! I have a healthy fear of needles and with Dr. Lumpkin’s know how and her help, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Seriously they are the absolute best! If you’re on the fence about who to choose for all of your dental needs, jump off, call and make an appointment here. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been using Dentistry by Design for several years. My hygienist is Christy and she is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is always pleasant, kind and gentle. She is skilled at her job and I highly recommend her.

Both dentists are great! Little to no waiting. Great overall experience. And seven years later, Dr Lumpkin and all the staff are still amazing!

The experience at Dentistry by Design is awesome! The friendly staff calls you by name when you walk in, which I love, and Nicci has helped me several times. She goes out of her way to ensure client satisfaction.

This group is amazing. Dr. Lumpkin is so gentle, caring and he explains everything so there are no surprises. The hygienist are wonderful, they make your teeth shine! The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and they help you with all your insurance questions. I would rate them the BEST of the BEST, definitely the best Dentist in Bartlesville, Dewey and the surrounding area. You will NOT be disappointed.

Myself, my Husband, two kids and even my Mom all go to Dr. Lumpkin. He and his staff are amazing! They treat you like family and maintain a professional positive atmosphere. Our hygienist, Christy, does a great job with everything from keeping the water warm during cleanings, to remembering what sports my kids play- it is like we are her only patients. The entire staff at this office go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable!
