As a parent we like to know everything about our kids, specially if a doctor of any kind works with them, the staff out front is pretty nice but theirs no communication between this dent and the parents. I mean I’ve gone to other dentist and the doctor don’t mind stepping out to explain parents if anything is wrong. One of my kids had worked done and she said at some point he said… ups!! After that she was in pain for almost 5 months !

Went in for an examination in Oct, Dr. and staff were friendly and the establishment was clean and well lit. Dr. was kind and I was scheduled to have work done in mid Dec. I have a broken tooth that was really starting to bother me, at one point I called and told them how bad it was and they called a prescription into the pharmacy. I had just finished that round of antibiotics 2 days before I was scheduled for my appointment, I was 100% ready to be rid of the discomfort. Day before the appointment 11:00, they called to confirm, yes ma’am I will be there. At 4:00 same lady calls me back and informs me that there has been a family emergency and the doctor won’t be there. I was pretty upset because I knew I was starting to hurt again, but I calmed down because things happen and that can’t be helped. So I asked when they could get me in. The woman, Valentina, laughed and said February, well that did it for me, I don’t see the humor of being in pain. I’ve heard nothing but good things about his work, and I can’t speak to that. I would have LOVED to have had the work done, but that experience was enough that I won’t take my money there.
