Spring Dental was my dentist before the pandemic and I was needing to save for my dental work. Luckily, my promotion gave me better dental coverage! The staff at Spring Dental was welcoming and helpful and were able to ease my concerns on the cost, my insurance covers a lot. The dentist was very friendly and funny and put me at ease by telling me step by step what he was going to do and while he was examining my teeth and gums. We came up with a game plan that I am excited to start. The whole experience was wonderful.

Love this place! I've never felt so comfortable with a dentist before. The office is clean, receptionist are so kind and friendly, the entire staff puts you at ease and makes you feel like your needs are going to be put first and foremost. Last time was great. This time I showed up 10 minutes early to be told the internet was down and I had to wait. I had a 1pm and waited 45 minutes and they told me that they could not see me that day and I would need to reschedule. I don’t know but maybe think about a new ISP for the office at this point? There was no call ahead telling me the internet was down and to not come. Not very happy about this appointment all all. Update: So Dr. jack promised me he would see me the Wednesday after this appointment. So I call to confirm and they tell me they cancelled my insurance carrier and I could not get my tooth fixed. The dr came in screaming and yelling while I was on a business call while waiting for his “evaluation”. First thing he said was he read this review 😆😂🤣. Then looked in my mouth and said the contract for the carrier ended at the end of the month. Then he said I should go to another Spring Dental. Do yourselves a favor and don’t waste your time here. Spring in Bixby is waaaaay better. Going there from now on.

I do not like to leave negative reviews. HOWEVER, it's taken Spring Dental BA almost 2 months to send a referral for my daughter in order to get braces. We had the office and myself calling weekly & they still took over a month and a half. I could go on and on with this clinic but I will stop here.

1st visit and just for semi-annual cleaning. This was the most detailed pre-prophy evaluation I’ve ever had with careful assessment of gum condition taken and recorded. Then a standard cleaning. The dentist did a visual exam and determined I need a followup treatment with local anesthesia. As a healthcare professional, I was very impressed! Followup 10/2/22 The above review was meant for several weeks ago. Three days ago (Friday), I fell after office hours and dislocated some front teeth. I adjusted them back but called the BA office this morning (Monday)and the dentist saw me within 20 minutes! Who does that anymore? Great service and very pleasant and accommodating staff!
