Normally due to professional reasons, I wouldn't leave bad review for some companies. However due to recent changes resulting in a personal matter, I'm making an exception. Most, if not all, of the staff is friendly. But I question their billing and management. I'll leave it to that. Recently I chose to go to different clinic. I requested my information to be sent over from GSP to the new clinic, which they did. Scheduled and finished my first appointment to get to know the doctor, go over some questions, etc. Not only was my information sent over had my cell number incorrect, It was noted on the first page that I had a transmittable disease. GSP Nurse told the doctor, over the phone, the error was a typo. I had bloodwork re-ran, confirmed I'm clean and healthy. From what I've been hearing about, at least some rumors of issues with GSP holds water.

Extremely irresponsible dental clinic. They rescheduled me 3-4 times and at the last minute. I was never able to be treated by them except a short evaluation. Hopefully they are better than they were 2 years ago. They should have lost their license for dentistry.

I wasn't feeling well cause of a cold and the weather. Always takes or took temp cause of the covid, and takes the pulse and ask you questions cause I have cold cause of the weather and swabbed by nostrils cause of the covid. I had all my vaccine shots already, but they swabbed my nose to be on the safe side. The nurses said I sounded fine. No Covid.
