Was treated very well, technician was very careful not to hurt my already painful tooth. Was the most comfortable xrays I've ever had! Got very good advice on how to progress with my dental care. Was also very surprised to find out it was not as expensive as I thought.

We were very pleased with your help. No other office would take me in on such a short notice. Hopefully this isn't a one time event. This sort of service is a most important thing for those in immediate need. Thank you so very much. I'll be passing your name to everyone.

Wonderful, friendly staff.

Everyone, from front desk, to technicians, to dentists were outstanding. My concerns and feelings were their top priority. I had been trying to find a dentist for months and have been on a waiting list since January. Then I got an extreme tooth ache. My daughter told me about Aspen dental. I called got me in the next morning. Took care of my pain and were even ready and willing to do my dentures. I am a very happy patient. Love Aspen Dental.

Absolutely terrible experience with their sketchy billing department. Just seems like pure laziness from everyone there. My son had been seen by thier office months ago and I had even called ahead to give them my new insurance information. Still to this day they have not done anything about it. I have called 4 times to their office to straighten everything out with no luck. They just keep trying to send it in to old insurance and now they are threatening to send it to collections when it clearly their problem. Talked to the billing department today. They said they would call back before before the end of the day and surprise they didn't.

I am so satisfied with Aspen. everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They took the time to explain everything step-by-step. The staff was genuinely kind. I will not be going to any other dentist in Aspen and Owosso Oklahoma is amazing.

I had a horrible experience with them and I wouldn’t recommend them with anybody. There is so much miscommunication going on its ridiculous. Some staff are nice but other are horribly rude and mean. They don’t know what they’re doing. I just would not ever want anyone going here.

I had tooth in fron of my wisdom tooth pulled and I didn't have any pain even after numbing meds wore off🙌🙌🙌

The whole staff was completely professional and caring. I came in to have a tooth extracted and they were all so patient and reassured me many times (since I have anxiety with dentist.) They walked me through every step they were going to do. This was my first time seeing them but DEFINITELY won't be my last! Thank you Aspen Dental for such amazing service!❤

Second going and they were kind, understanding, even when it came to my anxiety of dentist and were very considerate of what pronouns I use once I told them I am genderfluid

Very thorough, and explained everything very clearly.

Was super nervous going in but everyone there was so sweet and explained everything that was going on. They were willing to work around all of my needs.

The people were very nice however over the course of 2 years of my daughter being in their care they rescheduled her almost every single time. Usually with less than 24 hours notice. Today I had to go there in person because they would not answer the phone. Yes the receptionist was there. Yes I called many times. Done with these people. We will find a dentist that is more professional.

Today was my second visit and I thought the service's I was provided were very good. The dentist not only kept laughing, but he was very fast, and through the procedure made sure I wasn't in pain. Overall, I've had very good experience with Aspen dental.
