My family and me, have been patients at Sunnylane Family Dentistry for about 2 years now, and I can say that the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we enter the practice, we are greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who truly care about your experience. Dr. Michels, is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and it is clear that he cares about his patients. The team works hard to make us feel comfortable and at ease, with a nice atmosphere and soothing details. I recommend this practice to anyone in need of a good dentist.

Lazy lazy lazy. They want the easy life. This place is nasty and dirty. The instruments are filthy. The dentist is unprofessional.

Spoke on the phone with Diana, the office manager for business matters, she was very impatient and rude, cut me off every chance she got and just had a sarcastic demeanor. If you’re gonna talk to another BUSINESS like that, you shouldn’t even be in a patient’s face. Filing a bigger complaint after this review. The public just needs to know too. Fire her. She doesn’t deserve to manage this business.

Don’t come here!! You have been warned

This place is a joke! Do NOT let these people work on your teeth!!

Dr. Michaels has been my dentist for 20 years. He and his staff always make my visit pleasant!

I think this dentist needs to find a new line of work, honestly.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and I went in as a walk-in, I called over the phone first. The woman on the other line did an amazing job helping me find my insurance because I couldn’t remember what it was called. I went in about 20 minutes later and they called me back about 15 minutes after waiting. They were extremely helpful and kind and walked me thru everything. When I say I’m a nervous wreck at the dentist office, it took me 10 minutes just to build up the courage to call over the phone. They truly helped me get over my fear and even though I didn’t sit the greatest, they were understanding. I definitely plan to go back.

This dentist is a literal maniac, seriously dangerous and it is scary that he still has his license. He enjoys causing pain to clients and tells underage children to "shut up" when they complain about him being too rough. Then he will physically GRAB you (a minor, mind you!) And throw you out of his office threatening you. I have never been so embarrassed & felt so threatened by someone you think is a DOCTOR in my whole life. I will never recommend someone here & suggest you stay FAR AWAY from this man.

Terrible dentist worst one yet and to top it off not only did he make the problem worse but whe. My wife came back to him to talk to him about it he denied that he did anything wrong which he did but the he assaulted my wife put hands on her and threw her out so so so unprofessional just absolutely shocked by the experience

I've never liked going to the dentist until I started going to this one. They've been really nice and talked to me about every procedure. I highly recommend this dentist.

I've been to a lot of dentists when I was younger and I was always nervous about going. But Dr M explains everything in detail what needs to be done with your teeth. Everyone in the office are really nice and make you feel comfortable.

DO NOT GO HERE... I’ve never experienced a more rude doctor. He was passive aggressive towards me the whole time making snarky comments and rude remarks. He even made a sexual remark to my CHILDREN we immediately left they didn’t even finish their cleaning. We will be taking our business somewhere else and I look forward to seeing you be shut down.

I have been coming to this dentistry since 2016 and have not had any issues. They salvaged my crown that had came off which another dentist had made for me in california. They're always polite and they have never advised me beyond what i truly need. I love the enthusiasm of Dr. Michels I can tell that he cares about his patients...

Great dentist. Family run type of environment. I had some intense work done there over the years. Ask about their emotional support specialist.

Sub par veneer should have been rejected before he ever decided to place it in my mouth. It is see through! I've voiced my concerns at the initial visit and he brushed me off. Tried two other times through email and he never responded. For $1000 a tooth, you are buying perfection and expect so. It's the whole reason for them! I don't even want to smile! Not to mention, his bedside manor is crass, and, he allows his dog to run around in the area you are being worked on. Completely unsanitary! UPDATE! 1-8-20 Went in and voiced my concerns. Did not raise my voice but was matter of fact. Dismissed me once again and I let him know my review stood as I got up to leave. HE LITERALLY FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE AND TOLD ME TO GET A LAWYER. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM.

My favorite dentist. He's very gentle and I feel comfortable with this dentist.

Dr.Michels is awesome ! He has provided me the best service when it comes to keeping my teeth healthy for the last 20 years. Always has a great attitude and you can jam out to rock n roll while your getting your teeth worked on. He is very straightforward with the options he can provide which I love as well. Will continue to be a patient until he retires !
