Fantastic Experience! Was on the hunt for a new dentist. It had been about 2 years since my last visit. I ended up at the Smile Associates for their location (close to my work) and great hours. When I called and scheduled my appointment, the receptionist was very helpful and was able to pull up my insurance with no problem. On the day of my cleaning, they had COVID protocols in place. Hallelujah. They have you wait in your car until they are ready for you. They check your temperature and have you do a quick questionnaire. My hygienist was amazing and really took the time to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Harrod was awesome as well. Really cool down to Earth guy. I also had follow up appointments to take care of some fillings. Dr. Harrod was masterful at the entire process. Making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was easily in and out of the place within an hour. No pain, No fuss.
