Office does good dental work but they vastly underquoted a service when I called for an estimate. I got the exact dental procedure I had asked for the estimate on, nothing else. The bill was 3 times what they quoted. Then when I called to see about a discount and was told we could settle for half the remaining bill (which was still 2/3 of the total cost) since the quote was far off from what I was told, and I said up front I could only come there if the service was in my budget, they mailed me a bill for the other half saying it was owed. Will not do business with them again.

I have gone to Dr. Bob since i was a small child I’m 38 now, I’ve had a lifetime of nothing but great experience, braces, root canals, crows! He and his staff have always been the absolute best! Hands down best place to go I’m a life time patient.

Be prepared to be overcharged. I was charged $70 more for a cleaning, x-rays and exam than a current patient. Because I was a New patient I had to pay almost double. I have talked to a few others that have had the same experience. I recommend picking another Dentist.

Dr. Nowlin was great as was her hygienist staff. The cost after insurance was higher than it's ever been, but I'll chock that up to us being new patients. Overall, not a huge deal. The lack of stars is because apparently my husband had an appointment scheduled that he missed. It threw us off because it was not the typical six month time frame. It's definitely his fault for not calling ahead of time once he got the text reminder. But, the lady on the phone wasn't even willing to check with someone else about waiving the fee. I felt like we had a reasonable case for consideration. As I recall, he didn't schedule the appointment, I did. So he was thrown and thought it may have been a mistake since we typically schedule all our appts. on the same day. Regardless, it is technically his fault. Would it have hurt them to call and leave a message? That would have been my choice, especially with a fee involved. I suppose a $50 missed appointment fee is more beneficial than losing three clients. So, I'm writing this review to let others know what to expect as far as reasonable flexibility and expectations are concerned.

They have been our dentist for 25 years. They have always been professional and taken care of our needs. One time when I had a broken tooth they worked through the lunch hour to do an initial fix on the tooth and relieve the pain.
