Very clean, friendly staff. Wish they had sedation. Took plenty of time to reassure me and make sure I was numb. I asked for extra pillow and they were very accommodating . Asked for Tylenol 3 rather than just Motrin and we also decided on an antibiotic as there was an indication of infection.. They won’t get a 5 out of me till they can knock me out but otherwise they were outstanding

Very thankful for them caring enough to check & not instantly shutting me down. Absolutely commendable service! From scheduling to front desk to hygienist Melany and the dentists the father and son Dr Sheppards. Great experience with Dr Ernie Sheppard who thoroughly did my comprehensive oral exam as well as together with his son Dr Scott Sheppard addressed the issues on my implants from my previous dentist. Hygienist Melany was very diligent and have great caring and gentle hands. The front desk, billing and scheduler were all amazing. I have already recommended their office to a couple of my colleagues and will continue to do so to all my friends and family who are loooking for caring and excellent dental care. I think Sheppard Family Dental Care is the best! I predominantly use Dr. Cindy Sheppard but have also seen Dr. Ernie Sheppard and Dr. Scott Sheppard. They are all excellent.
