Don’t come here for Invisalign. Had my first appointment December 21st for trays. It is now almost March and they just now submitted for the trays. No reason, just got lost in the files. Have rescheduled 2 appointments and each time they ask what if I can help them understand what is going on and both times I have explicitly said my first appointment they took pictures and scans and all I’m waiting on is trays. I’ve taken time off work for appointments like this. I was referred here for the dentist and the cleaning was fine but for orthodontics go somewhere else.
