I went to this dentist hoping someone could finally help me. I had a failing dental implant and some fairly bad cavities with some broken teeth. I know, I know, my teeth weren't in a good position. From the minute I walked in, a receptionist lady that I had come to find out was their financial lady made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm not from norman, I'm not super wealthy, and being there certainly reminded me of those things. After looking at my hanging implant, liberally it was hanging out of my mouth, they made me feel like I should be ashamed of my teeth, and while I am, I'm not going to a dentist for judgment. I'm asking for help. The place that did my implant had no record of me being there so my prior ortho sent me here and said they could help, that they have payment plans Yada Yada. After wasting my time, they told me that I would have to pay out of pocket for everything because my insurance wasn't active for a year. The financial lady, happily came and told me that I would have to pay 200 to take the implant out (a discounted price because all they would have to do is pull it own, and 600 for the partial. All upfront. No plan. No payments. So, naturally I left distraught and in tears. I'm 5 months pregnant and I can't eat, it hurts, I was soupset and i KNEW i had insurance. And she was so happy to tell me that too. Like she knew I wouldn't have the money. The other lady, the dental assistant was a Saint. She was so nice and she was countering most of their tactless acomments and just plain snobby behavior. I'm so thankful that I finally found a dentist that truly wants to help me. This place is a JOKE. I am so shocked at how they treat people. If you are well off, then congratulations and you'll prolly be taken care of here, but if your like me and just trying to make a living for yourself, your family, and just trying to do the dang thing, this place is NOT for you. They're horrible. I would like to reply to your response. I'm not asking for a free cl
