Had a horrible experience today. Dr.Chang tried telling me he couldn’t write a referral to an oral surgeon, that in Order to refer me to OU I needed to bring him a ‘referral form’ to fill out. Unprofessional.

Dr. Chang and his hygienists are fantastic. I’ve dealt with dental issues due to my health since I was young, my usual experience at the dentist is one of anxiety and almost shame. Dr. Chang changed that for me; he is kind, caring, and nonjudgmental. He meets his clients where they are and advises on the best course of action without unnecessary pressure to do one treatment over another. It’s a rare blessing to find healthcare professionals that truly care about their clients over a profit, and Dr. Chang is one of them. We are very fortunate to have found an office as professional, empathetic, and cost efficient as Dr. Chang and his team!

They were punctual, got to my turn quickly. Adjusted my partial denture and had me test for improved fit. Great! Adjuster's name is Evon. I suggest you ask for her. She's made progress in areas where others did not. It is a tough job to diagnose exact spot to trim or polish. The stre front is hard to recognize. But just look for street # 1010.

Couldn't even make an appointment or gain any information since the receptionist won't take you off of hold and doesn't give you a chance before putting you on hold. Waste of my time.

Absolutely amazing place! Dr. Chang is so gentile and quick! The girls in this office from front desk to the dental assistants ar all sweet and patient! Just an all around wonderful experience, not to mention way cheaper than any other dentist my friends went to.

I don’t have insurance so I called to see if payments was an option. They said yes it was an option. Made an appointment. Had all my teeth X-rayed and they said I needed a root canal and 4 or t caps on my teeth. I only have a problem with one tooth. Oh and their payment plan is you have to have everything paid for in two to three payments. I’m out 100.00 bucks for nothing. Didn’t feel comfortable when I walked in the door. Please don’t go. Save your money. Still have a bad tooth.

I have a few cavities and my front bottom teeth are wearing away but Chang was only worried about cleaning my teeth. Worst dentist ever

I came to Dr Chang because unlike many dentist he charged for cleaning a price appropriate for how many teeth you have. That said to me that he has a conscience, that he cares about his patients, and he wants to be fair.When I met him, he was not "professional" but like a long time friend who explained in detail everything I needed to understand to make a proper decision. He did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and replacing a filling that had fallen out.I've been burned repeatedly by dentists, supposedly the best in town,spent my inheritance or got into debt, only to find that I had paper thin crowns and paper thin dentures that broke in no time and were not replaced or fixed. I'm very happy to be able to have trust in my dentist now.

Dr Chang is a great dentist, so are the rest of the staff. Very professional.

Try to call,exactly at 9:10 and they won't answer,after 5 minutes tried again the receptionist answered an hangs up the phone,affordable dental I can send you a screen shot of how many times I called and she hung up the phone,don't work there if you lazy to answer

They have a rude receptionist that puts you on hold and then hangs up on you and when you call back they are very rude.

My daughter and I had a great experience at her 6 month dental exam. My two year old felt comfortable with the staff because everyone there were very friendly. The location was clean and felt welcoming.

I would say the best customer service dental office I been too. Very informative with my teeth and great people especially ivonne Hernandez best dental assistant Ive met.

So far so good got 2 fillings quick and friendly After 2 and half years the crown he did fell off .went up there to see if he can fix it he said no .gave me estimate for 6000 .when I said no he charge me $25 exam fee.really?
