Aspen Dental

I sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting to be seen. As I walk up to the front desk the manager/supervisor noticed from her office. She gets up comes to the front and says, will get you back right now. Told her no thank you. The you receptionist said they are running behind due to two root canals. Wish one of the staff told me at least 1/2hr ago. They might want to communicate better with new patients or set the expectation upfront that you may be waiting for an hour to be seen for your visit new patient visit.

Charged me $400 for a tooth extraction that was on a broken tooth. And their compressor went out halfway through the procedure, and they just made me wait a week instead of transferring me to another place. And I waited a week, went back and they left half my tooth in my gum. And the ladies that work the front are completely incompetent, because they waited 5 hours to call in my prescription. I will avoid this place at all cost in the future

Aspen dental is not very patient friendly. 3 times I try to put a deposit down for aspen dental to do a procedure on me. I try giving them cash and they would not take it, I try calling in the deposit to give them my card number and they would not take it. I went back in put in my card and all my information and would not take saying it was a pre paid card. So this whole time while my mouth was in pain it seem like they refused my money to get the procedure scheduled

I loved how friendly and transparent their team was. Loc gave me the best teeth cleaning ever! He was very gentle and precise and also cool and funny. I would absolutely recommend this Aspen location!

They got my daughter in very quickly even though she didn't have an appointment! The staff and dentist were very professional. We will be back.

Don’t waste your time or money. I have been waiting for my partial denture for 5 months. I just get excuses and empty promises.

I am super happy with aspen dentel,they were able to make my lower dentures .the staff are super nice and and friendly and really make u feel comfortable in the office and I love my new teeth.

I've been struggling with my bottom dentures for a year. I was not getting the results I needed from my dentist. So, I made an appointment with Aspen and was seen in a week. The staff was amazing and so kind to me. We came up with a plan and they executed that plan in an hour. I am so thrilled with the results. My life will be changed by this. Thank you so much!

I got my appointment date confused & arrived a day later than I should have but they were able to see me anyway. It was my first appointment & they evaluated me, took x-rays & cleaned my teeth! The whole team was very professional. Thank you!

I went there because I had a tooth ache. They showed me a plan to fix everything in my mouth, but never help me with the pain that I was in. They only want to sell you a plan for the future and not help with the pain that you are in now.

I went in due to a broken tooth and abcess. I reported my penicillins allergy in the paperwork prior to my first visit with the dentist, was prescribed amoxicillin for the infection, and sent on my way. I thought it was weird, but decided to trust the dentist. Three days into the antibiotics, I developed extremely painful sores all throughout my mouth (lips, cheeks, back of mouth, tongue, under tongue, in my gums, etc) which covered over with sheets of white, dead skin. Some of the spots were roughly nickel and dime-sized. They looked and felt like bad burns. It took me multiple phonecalls to make them listen to what was happening, and they finally told me to stop taking it. They did set me up with follow up appointments at the Norman location to keep an eye on the condition, but it was bare minimum. All they wanted to do was look at it for a few minutes, give me prescriptions, then send me on my way. No one took the time to look at my abcess or broken tooth (which was the root of the entire situation) unless I specifically asked. No one would even explain me what was going on, what the sores were, etc. I did ask, but the dentist said he didn't know exactly what the reaction was. All the while I couldn't eat, sleep, or brush my teeth properly. And it was impacted my ability to work. On top of that, when discussing the situation with the Norman Aspen, an employee stated that the mistake would not have been made if I'd come there in the first place. She, of course, said this was a joke, but no one wants to hear that in a situation such as that. I also spoke with who I believe is the manager of the Norman location. When I mentioned how no one seemed to be paying attention to the abscess and broken tooth (or at least they weren't mentioning it/advising me on it unless I asked), she stated they were just told to keep an eye on the reaction. So she essentially admitted they were doing only what they were told and nothing more. The lack of professionalism is shocking.

First visit today to establish treatment plan; very friendly, welcoming staff. I felt immediately at ease for the first time ever in a dentist’s office! There are options available for payment, as explained by a most helpful and friendly office manager. I finally feel a little hope for my dental future!

They took me quickly for an emergency extraction. They made sure I understood what was happening and what else I would need to do to have a healthier smile and they worked with me on payment! Great experience given the circumstances.

It's sad when your wife goes here to get her teeth fixed and nothing gets happen but gets yelled at by a doctor instead they want to comment back saying they push the comment to whoever well the situation she's already called the board of education she's already called the better Business bureau she's already put two corporate complaints in and all she asked for was a refund on she can't wear cuz they don't fit it's very sad at this establishment your doctors are allowed to yell at the customers physically yell at them but when you raise their voice you're not allowed to say anything to them just absolutely sad when you know the last doctor was fired for slapping a patient just sad

One of the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my entire life paid in full for dentures two sets only have one the other side does not fit nor looks good too big for the mouth try to have them fixed today the dentist ( DR.PATEL ) DECIDED HE WAS GOING TO YELL AT ME AND SAY WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO FIX THEM OR NOT SO THEN ONCE I GET LOUD WITH THEM THEY WANT TO TELL ME I'M NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO THEIR DENTIST LIKE THAT BUT THEIR DENTIST IS ALLOWED TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS HOWEVER HE PLEASES. I have called corporate twice and filed two corporate complaints I will be calling the Business bureau come Monday.! Absolutely disgusting with the way that dentist treated people I would prefer to have the old dentist there that got fired for slapping a lady cuz she didn't like her dentist that's well more treated than this new dentist they have .! On top of everything as I was leaving I made the comment to them that I was going to go to a different Aspen dental office to have them fixed oh they permanently banned me from every office known to man with Aspen dental but in the contract did not fulfill their end .!

They think it's OKAY to treat people horrible. Dentist is allowed to YELL at you!!! I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB, even though I know it won't help my child get her dentures fixed right that she paid in full. I will come on here weekly and give a bad review.

This is my second visit with a family member here. I find there system organized and quick. The staff are extremely kind, considerate and compassionate. I walked away feeling heard, respected and truly with a warm friendly feeling and so much more at ease than when we arrived. Thankful and grateful!
