I set up multiple appointments and confirmed 3 times on the dates and times of appointments. They told me one of our appointments was at 1100. We get there at 1100 and they told us that the appointment was at 1030 and they tried to call. They read off an old number, even though I had updated it and today I get this text to review them, so they obviously have the number I updated. I was getting my daughter in due to a toothache and she couldn't even be seen due to poor customer service.
