Just left my new dentist and got told this location made my issues worse. The fillings that were put in place are needing to be replaced because of how poorly they were done and I have a risk for infection if they aren't addressed later on. Had a tooth fall apart because a filling wasn't properly done and the remaining decay caused it to fall apart. I now need 4 crowns and 4 root canals at best and 3 crowns and root canals and a possible extraction at worst because the fillings on those teeth were so horribly done there was decay remaining. The last procedure I had here they continued drilling AFTER THE NUMBING WORE OFF and I told them after 8 hours in the chair. Do not recommend this or any dental depot location because of the revolving door of incompetent dentists making the damage possibly worse.

I would have given a 5 star review before yesterday. However we went to have adjustments to my wheelchair bound daughter dentures and the dental hygienist refused to do anything with her because she was pale and looked like she might throw up. Even after it was explained that she is pale because she doesn’t get out much and that she got hot. The lady said she had already been thrown up on once already. Even after my daughters dentist tried to get her to do it she still refused. She was allowed to do this because she has been there forever. We live in Shawnee and it is quite a drive to nw okc for us. Her behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Every other person we have dealt with is amazing and would get a 5 star review. The dental hygienist we dealt with yesterday is an older lady. The way she treated my cancer surviving daughter had her in tears when we left. She will never be allowed to deal with my daughter again otherwise we will lodge a complaint against her. We are scheduled to go back on Friday to get the adjustments needed to get her dentures to stop hurting her when she eats. 2 extra days of eating a liquid diet because the lady was hateful.

Well, it used to be a good place,I just came in for a cleaning, the hygienist didn't her job, they dont have appointments for a regular cleaning until November, that is 9 monthe from today, I am well. I was an established patient, and then I just sat for an hour waiting for a doctor, I got tired of waiting so I got up and left.

I called to set an appointment in dec. Was schedule in Feb. I had a 3pm appointment didn't get called back till 4:17. The doc didn't say much to me, strickly business. I was not explained much about the process of my crown. And I was told that I was only doing x rays on the phone but the were ready to start the process. The doc did most the work on my tooth but they had the dental assistant finish the rest of my post up for my crown. She was using tools that the doc used to trim down the other tooth so my temp crown could fit but I'm pretty sure that's the doctor's job. Wasn't asked how I was feeling after everything was done. The crazy part was that a women showed up to numb me when I didn't even know I was going to go into surgery. I was pressured to start the surgery when I was informed that I was just there for x rays. Seemed like they were all over they place. Not satisfied with them. We will see how the crown process goes.

I started going to Dental Depot last year, because they were recommended and conveniently located. My first experience, I had a very long wait. My second visit, I had a fractured tooth and had it removed. A temporary crown was placed in, during the weeks waiting on the permanent crown, I had to go back three times, due to discomfort and breaking. After the permanent bridge was placed, I went back the next day, due to discomfort and my bite wouldn't close. He drilled the bridge. I had to go back again, he drilled the bridge again and also drilled my bottom tooth down. He told me to give it a few months to allow it to settle. It has now been months, I can still not chew on the side with the bridge and my teeth are still exposed and sensitive. I contacted them, but have had No response. I am.Very disappointed and will Not use them again.
