This was my dental office for several years. My insurance switched from Delta Dental Premier to Delta Dental PPO. I go in for a cleaning and a root canal, imagining this is like any other visit. Then the bill comes: $1200+. No one in the office bothered to tell me my insurance was no longer in their network, thus I'm left with this bill. First impression - very good. Lasting impression - terrible. Will not be going back.
