I have always had top notch service from this dental office. Making an appointment or changing an appointment is always easy and i love that they send text reminders. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. All of the staff members are kind, and you can tell they all care about their patients. They explain all the procedures and recommendations very well so I know exactly what I need, and they are always willing to answer any questions I might have. Plus, I always leave with a nice clean smile! I highly recommend Royal Oaks Family Dental!

As a new patient with Royal Oak, it was a very easy process to switch over. They were able to get me an appointment within a month and you do all of your paperwork online. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating- from front desk, to hygienist, to dentist. They called to make sure I knew the exact amount I would be paying after my insurance was applied, which I appreciate the transparency before the appointment. They asked a lot of questions up front, but I would recommend this office for someone who is nervous about dental work because their questions are intentional to make sure the patient is comfortable. The icing on the cake is the heated/massage dental chair! I’ve never been to a dentist where they have a massage chair, but after experiencing it, I don’t think a regular chair will cut it anymore.

Dr. Collier and her team are the nicest people out there. If you are searching for a dentist, I highly recommend Royal Oak Family Dental.

They have an amazing staff and definitely take the time to do things right and take care of their customers.

My only complaint is that my husband and I feel like the dental hygienist we had at this particular appointment rushed through our dental cleaning. I don’t feel like my teeth were polished well and I had a concern for a particular spot on my tooth to get polished. I felt like my concern was dismissed. When my husband came home from his appointment the first thing he said to me was he though the hygienist did not polish or floss his teeth well and I asked for the name of the person that cleaned his teeth. It confirmed it was the same person that cleaned my teeth. Sad to say we felt our teeth was cleaned poorly. Other than that service was good. Oh I also forgot to mention the flossing was done rushed and what they use to remove and calcified buildup was rushed. If she missed any spots that could possibly cause cavities over time because we get our teeth cleaned every six months. Great news. Royal Oaks reached out to me this evening. And explained the dental hygienist was a temp and they will get my husband and I in to service our teeth properly. I’m pleasantly surprised they got in contact with me as fast as they did.

Had my teeth cleaned and shined by Holly at Royal Oak Family Dentistry. She was very professional and competent. She was also friendly and well spoken. The office staff is incredibly efficient and accommodating. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone looking for a good dental home. Jack W.

I went in today for a bit of an emergency extraction, my dentist (bless her as I'm blanking on her name, lot of novacaine lol) was an absolute godsend. I didn't even feel her stick the needle in my gum. Patient, calming, kind and understanding. AFFORDABLE! They are now my go to dentist. You are were so amazing to someone terrified and in pain. Seriously, if you have any anxieties or fears, go see them!

It's a very clean environment and the folks that work there are kind and compassionate. It took me a long time to build up the confidence to go in, but I am glad I chose this location.
