He always tries to help patients to understand what is going on, explaining the best way to fix the problem at hand. He knows I am often very nervous about the dental procedures and had negative experiences with my previous dentist so he AND his staff are very skilled and careful in their care and always sensitive to my concerns , which helps me to calm down and put my trust in their care.
