I will never go to another Aspen Dental after this one. The guy that cleaned my teeth told me there was nothing they could do about my receding gums...yet my new dentist referred me to a place where I can get my receding gums fixed so I don't lose my teeth (which they said I'd lose within a couple of years). They used permant cement on my temporary crown and had to seriously drill it off. I was a dental assistant and told them I knew that wasn't supposed to happen and that it should of popped right off. During COVID when we had to wait outside...they just let us sit in the parking lot and never contacted us to let us know that we could come in for our appointment...after 45 minutes...I just left. They contacted me later saying their phones where down so they couldn't contact me. I guess they were to lazy to come outside and let me know. After that...I said our family was going to find another dentist and I'll never recommend them to anyone. Unless they have completely new staff.... STAY AWAY.

I rlly liked my experience there, I went for my broke tooth and Dr. Bruce was really helpful and made sure that my tooth was okay and proved that he cared abt it and about me. Love this place I feel comfortable.

Miranda is so patient and respectful of my visits. She informs me honestly what I should be doing differently to help after the office visit. I appreciate her honesty and she is the main reason I will always continue using Aspen Dental for all my dental work. Give her a raise! Gerald Wells

First Time at Aspen Dental in Owasso and will return I’m a scary cat when it comes to the dentist but wow Bruce Williams DDS is amazing made me feel very comfortable,& relaxed.

Great staff and experience. Very impressed with how friendly and professional everyone is at the office. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful on checking in. Very organized and the dentist went over all my options and finance individual went over cost with me in advance. Truly impressed with everyone. This was my first visit.

The Aspen dental people were very patient with me. They came up with a plan that for me every need. Would recommend them for any denture/dental work.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I have the most awful anxiety regarding any type of dental exam or procedure. It’s not the pain that I fear (mostly lol), but rather the feeling of “suffocation” when in any dental office. As you know, I’m sure, there are fingers in my mouth, lots of tools making scary noises, and what feels like fountains of water that makes me feel like I’m drowning. All of this accompanied by the chair which in my mind, may as well have straps on it because i feel “tied down”. It’s honestly a nightmare for me. I explained all of that to say that although no dentist is ever an enjoyable experience for me, this one was certainly a much more tolerable experience. Dr. Bruce was amazing in explaining things to me in a way I could understand and was very patient when I cried just talking to him. He is very sweet and tender. I go for a root canal next week and I feel (almost) good about it. Miranda was able to clean my teeth, I had x-rays, and an exam. Everyone was extremely nice to me and very helpful. The billing department also spent a great deal of time on the phone with my insurance to ensure I paid the least amount possible out of pocket despite the company being difficult to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience! The entire staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed, which is hard to do for someone with anxiety! Overall they were great!

I had an emergency tooth extraction due to neglect on my part. I was able to schedule an appointment same day. When I got there everyone, and I mean everyone, was amazing! The Dr. was very relatable, explained everything pros and cons. We joked he sung and the tooth came out with no pain. After discussing with my family we will all be switching to his office moving forward even though it’s 20 miles away. Keep up the great work! Forgot to mention, not sure about other dentists in this office but my recommendation is for Dr. Bruce

Everyone was friendly and thoughtful. The dentist was amazing, he made sure you were comfortable.

Use a real dentist. Went there to get a crown a few years ago on the recommendation of someone whose recommendations I would never trust again. I recall they had like 4.7 starts at the time and now have dropped by nearly 20% as word as got around. The whole sales push from the initial meeting was awful, like trying to buy a car pre-2000. Pricing was ridiculously high. They required a cleaning first, and I had to go there in person 3 different times. In the end, the crown was super-white and didn't match my other front tooth or surrounding tooth. To this day, I hate my once beautiful smile every time I look in the mirror, as I did just now, which prompted me to log in to give this honest review.

Overall good clean dentist gets done what you need done. Just watch your billing as a new patient they charged me for something that was supposed to be free, luckily they fixed it when I went in. Almost cost me $151.

I had the best experience here. The dentals assistant help me so much with my anxiety and the DENTIST hisself was awesome by being as gentle as he could with me to easy my mind
