No one answers the phone during the hours they are supposed to be open and do not return calls when I leave a message. The dentists are great but they need some improvement on customer service.

Thank you for all being so kind and making this a great experience. It's not often you go to the dentist and absolutely nothing is uncomfortable and always friendly. Helpful and amazing staff all around great experience and always able to get me right away in!!!

This dentist office is a bunch of money Grabbers. June 2021 they were discontinued off of Delta Denta, they did not tell us that they were discontinued off our insurance. my wife during the summer had two teeth replaced and she had a quote for the price. When she was in the chair with nitrous and numbness they tell her the bill went up $800. My wife had them call me and we had a discussion with it and they went back to the original price. That was the first straw. Then here in December trying to get her teeth cleaned for the last time of the year. They call her and tell her that her teeth cleaning will be cash only and our benefit and run out. If your in network the teeth cleanings are free. So I called Delta Dental to find out they are out of network. So if you go to this business please be careful and how they charge you and make sure you're in network. and not being taken advantage of. This is a local Skiatook business very disappointed in this small town dental office being untruthful and untrustworthy be very aware

My personal dentist. No pain!

Dr. Meghan Sellmeyer has been seeing my daughters since they first started getting teeth. And she will start seeing me next month as well. I have never had a better experience with any dentist office. The staff is professional, kind, and comforting when needed. Time spent in waiting room is never over 10 minutes. The facility is always kept clean and welcoming. This is truly a dentist office that cares about its patients and loves what they do.

My family and I LOVE this dental office! The staff are wonderful! We are always greeted warmly and never wait more than 5-10 minutes for our appointments. The dentists, hygienists, and assistants all have excellent bedside manner and are always very sensitive to my comfort level and any anxiety I might have about dental work, which makes for a very comfortable experience. Also, they are wonderful with children and take such good care of my kids. They are always patient and caring with them and always make sure they feel comfortable before proceeding with their appointments. My boys trust the staff and love going to the dentist. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff along with the fantastic care we always receive has made us patients for life!

My first visit to Skiatook Family Dentistry was exceptional. Dr. Meghan Sellmeyer and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth the 30 min drive from Tulsa to be treated in such a great office and by such great people.

UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been their patient for 8 years and I noticed both office and staff changing for the worse. The Sellmeyer sisters are arrogant and unapologetic along with a lazy and useless staff. They have terminated my patient-doctor relationship accusing me of having my own agenda because I tried to find a periodontist under my plan. ABSURD! If you don't utilize their referrals they pretty much withdraw you from their dental care. Bunch of money grabbers! Also, be aware that not all staff are properly wearing face covers during the pandemic. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist.

We were told the services were covered, only to be billed later. Our preventative appointments are supposed to be covered 100% by insurance but, through various small amounts, this office charged us $80. I tried asking why and was basically told that it was just how it is. We will not be going back. Also, when my husband went for his cleaning, they checked his teeth and said they would do a cleaning next time. Of course, they went ahead and billed our insurance for a cleaning.

Dr Meghan and the staff are so awesome. I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. She helps make me feel very comfortable. She checks on me frequently throughout whatever she is doing to make sure I am comfortable and doing ok (so does the assistant). The entire staff is amazing and super sweet. I’ve only been twice but I definitely don’t see myself going anywhere else!

Was not pleased with how I was treated, staff was highly unapologetic when they sent me out with absolutely no help, I had a wisdom tooth I was going to pay out of pocket to have removed, also was expecting a routine clean after the conversation I had with the lady who set up my appointment, they took an x-ray, charged me a $100, and instead of helping me , they prescribed me an antibiotic and tabs to ease the pain instead of fixing the main problem. Will definitely be sticking with Williams Dental in Skiatook.

Love the staff here and the doctors are wonderful!

Not one for leaving bad reviews normally just good ones. They prepped the wrong tooth for a crown ( filed it down to nothing ) then informed me they looked at the X-ray wrong and accidentally did it to the wrong tooth. Then when I started having issues with that tooth denied ever having made that mistake and wanted to charge me for a crown. Lol you can't try to convince someone something never happened when it happened to them.

Amazing Doctors and staff!! I have been a patient of Skiatook Family Dentistry for over 5 years and have had wonderful experiences every time I have been in!!! Very family friendly!! I refer all my friends and family to Skiatook Family Dentistry!!
