Dr. Hannah is fantastic! The staff is amazing too. I have been in the dental field for 20 years and was impressed with Dr. Hannah's quality of work. All of the staff is amazing, but I'd like to give a special shout out to a few of the employees. Dental assistant Sam, She was so great at my last appointment! She was very attentive and professional. Jeanne the hygienist is so thorough, and gentle. Sherry in the front office is always so friendly. Let's not forget wiz the therapy dog. It makes dental work a lot more pleasant. A great office, with great staff.

Great experience today as always! Today West Albany Dental went above and beyond to accommodate my mother who is in memory care and was not able to make it in for her teeth cleaning appointment. They gave her a good old fashioned house call and came to her bedside to clean her teeth! The hygienist, Hailey, was so good with mom ❤ I am so thankful for this service that they provided. I have been coming to this office for many years from when Dalton Cooley owned it and transferred it to Dr Nicholson and now to Dr. Hanna the new owner. Dalton Cooley set a high standard which has been maintained for over 40 years and is being upheld by Dr. Hanna and her staff, many of which have neen there over 20years. This office gets you in/out on time, is reasonably priced and best of all the work is completed by caring and efficient staff in a comfortable environment
