Dr.Nourdine has been my dentist for well over a decade. Consistently the best dental experience; from his gentle, caring kind chair side manner, to his professional and friendly staff.

Zero concern for patient well being. Short term or long term. Seems to treat ohp patients poorly. The better reviews are likely from paid clients or better insured. Am looking for new dentist.

I mean this in the best possible way: I almost left in tears. I was SO grateful to leave with a game plan! Even, more.... it's been a while since I've seen a dentist and I was more afraid to get "scolded" than anything. Tanya (5+ stars for her too!) listened to me, empathized, and cheered me on. Dr. N was the same. What a relief.

I don't know how people are getting seen same day, I was told it would be more than 2 weeks to be seen for an emergency

I walked in with out an appointment due to a very bad tooth ache I had been having for a couple weeks, the front desk staff was very friendly and sympathetic, they got me seated right away. Dr. Hadi came in shortly after and did my exam. He offered to treat the tooth the same day with a root canal. All the assistants were very friendly Stephanie and Marta made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out with in the hour and all my pain went away by the next morning!! Dr. Hadi is very sweet and the office is looking great since their remodel, they even have a beautiful water fountain outside. I even referred my aunt from Seattle to come see him when she was having a tooth ache and he got her out of pain the same day she came down. Happy to have found this office and will recommend all my friends and family!

Great customer service! The support staff, as well as my dentist, were extremely nice and helpful. Doing one implant for now, but plan on getting more in the future at this location. Highly recommend! (Second picture is waterfall feature in front of office).

I called 1st thing Monday morning with horrible tooth pain, I left a message and received a call back from Angie within 5 min's. She was able to get me a same day appointment. I seen the doctor he addressed the issue immediately. I have never had such a great experience! I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly, and the doctor has the best bed side manor I have experienced! I would like to give 6 stars!

After years of terrible care elsewhere, I finally found Dr. Nouredine and Family Dental Care. They are terrific here. I was having an emergency dental issue during my first visit. The are kind and provided exceptional and general care. Dr. Nouredine was able to save my tooth that the perilous dentist was just going to remove. I’m usually so afraid of the dentist, however this was such a positive experience. I cannot say enough good things! On top of the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ care they provide, the office is also beautiful. I’m so happy to be a returning patient!

This dentist office is amazing and clean, the staff is so kind. Eric Matzelle is very understanding and kind, he knew just what to do to ease my anxiety before and during my tooth pulling. Will continue to go to this dentist and highly reccomend!!!

I have to agree with Heather Wish the previous poster. I too have not had great insurance in the past so a couple teeth did have problems. I went to 3 different local Dentist's and all 3 said "nothing we can do but extraction on both teeth". So a friend of mine had gone to DR.Nouredine and recommended him. I went in and he numbed me up... did a little exam, came back in 5-8 minutes looked at the pictures and told me "I can save the tooth or we can extract it". I told him "save it if possible"...30 - 45 minutes later procedure done tooth was saved. Excellent bed side manner from Dr. Nouredine through out his entire staff, from check in to their dental asst. If your looking for a Dental GURU go see DR. Nouredine and staff!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Nouredine's for the last 4 years. I've had dental work done in some form or fashion, in 4 countries and 7 states over the years. I mention that to give context to my next statement. Dr. Nouredine AND his staff, have provided me with the BEST Dental experiences I've ever had. Sounds kinda strange, right? It is true though. I'm one of "those people" who are terrible at doing the stuff we all need to do, and only show up when something is wrong, and it's almost always really wrong, and results in my face being numb for hours. Family Dental Care are masters at what they do, from the folks out front, to the person handing instruments to Dr. Nouredine, as he works his magic to reverse the neglect that I caused. The service is so good, I travel 2 hrs, one way. I have never regretted being a patient. Covid-19 The whole crew are on point! I was just there, so this as up-to-date as I think you will find. Every single person I saw was masked, the entire time. Staff, guests, vendors dropping something off. I think the lobby plant was masked. They take your temp, ask you some questions, and not like "ARE YOU SICK!!", But with genuine concern for your well being. Once back in one of the rooms, things I didn't think you could or would cover, were. It was extremely clean, and you can tell a lot of care and attention to detail, regarding disinfecting surfaces was taken. I've been socially distancing for 6 months. I practically wear a hazmat suit when I go out. I haven't seen family or friends or co-workers in person since this started. After getting to Dr. Nouredine's office, and seeing the precautions they have taken to ensure my safety, thier safety, and maybe your (if your smart 😁) safety, I have ZERO concern that I will have gotten Covid -19. Lastly, Dr. Nouredine and his team have saved me Thousands of $$$. My first visit, instead of paying $4000, with insurance, loosing a tooth, being required to go to two different doctors and locations

Our family has been going to Dr. Nouredine for 30 years. Clearly, we think he’s the best dentist ever or we wouldn’t have stayed with him for so long. He is professional, friendly, and keeps current on the latest dental techniques. As a matter of fact, once we bumped into him in the St. Louis airport. He was coming back from a dental conference. The dental hygienist are well-qualified. We have nothing but the highest confidence in the work they do. The office itself is clean and well-equipped. We recommend family dental care to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Hadi has been my dentist for years and have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and attentive. I always look forward to my visits.

Dr.Noredine is absolutely the best! Hands down the best dentist I've ever had and hope to have. I love his whole staff! The front desk is always friendly and eager to help The financing staff is amazingly wonderful! And the whole Family Dental Care team is the best in the north west no doubt! Get there !!
