The staff here is absolutely wonderful, been seeing Dr. Lee and his staff for years and would highly recommend. I have a very deep phobia of needles and Dr. Lee is always extremely gentle with the numbing shots. The whole staff is always very direct and kind in their recommendations and discussions with you. Highly recommend.

Before finding Pacific Family Dental, I had a really bad experience with a different dentist office that scared me from going back to a dentist for over a year. After reading lots of great reviews for PFD, I decided to book an appointment for a routine check up/cleaning. From the very first phone call, I knew I had made the right decision. The receptionist (I think her name is Sherrie) was so friendly and welcoming and was able to get me into an appt for the next day. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth listened to my horrible experience and was so patient and over the top understanding- she was able to rebuild the confidence I had lost from my last experience and executed a painless cleaning. Dr. Lee was amazing! I knew going in that I probably had a few problems that would need addressed and he was able to confirm the issues, offer advice for a couple of at home solutions, and was 100% transparent about what in office procedures I would need. I just had my first two fillings done and Dr. Lee did a fantastic job- he was quick, it was painless and I was comfortable the entire time. I have three more fillings scheduled for next week, but I’m actually looking forward to them because I finally found a dentist office that I actually trust with my teeth/mouth health. I highly recommend Pacific Family Dental!!

I had been seeing Dr. Lee for a decade before moving to Hockinson Washington. Due to how far away he was, I ended up going to a new place in Camas, Washington. While there during the pandemic I got sick TWICE both times at the new dentist. This caused a huge inconvenience since for my work I have to get tested for Covid with even a hint of cold symptoms, causing a burden on both my work, my life, and my child’s daycare. The new dentist was also difficult to get into, and it felt like they were just churning people out without any personal touch. The last time I went, I actually got severe pneumonia (+2 ER trips and several Dr. visits) and decided my new dentist was just not worth it. I have decided to go back to Dr. lee as well as my family will be seeing him. I have always loved Pacific Family Dentistry and am glad to be back. The 1 star reviews unfortunately are not representative of this business. De.Lee and Sharon (who is the office manager) go above and beyond and are very accommodating. I have had several root canals here, fillings and cleanings. They have always done a great job and I’ve never had any issues or complaints. They all do a wonderful job. They make you feel at home. Highly recommend.

The staff was super sweet. The dentist was. . . not so much. He was kind of short and condescending in tone/mannerism. I honestly got the vibe that they didn’t care to have me as a patient. Further, the lobby chairs looked dirty and the dentist chair was torn and tattered. Overall, I felt extremely uncomfortable and awkward in this office. I don’t plan on going back.

I’ve been having horrible teeth clenching and grinding at night for a few years and have needed multiple root canals. Dr Lee has always tried to help me as much as he can, giving me important information each time and always getting me in quickly to see him when I have emergency pain. He tries to help however he can even though I have uncontrollable clenching at night. He also hasn’t charged me for some exams when I come in with emergency pain. From all the expensive work I’ve had done in the past couple of years with my mouth, he knows I’m financially having difficulties to pay for more work. He is a caring dentist and I’m glad I have them to take care of me.
