The nicest accommodating staff I’ve ever experience. I had an appt and had to bring my 3 year old. They made both of us feel welcome. Also, I have dental anxiety and they talked me through everything so calmly.

Horrible experience. They made we wait so long for a simple check up. I thought it was a check up and cleaning but it was just a check up with a cleaning scheduled 5 months later. such a waste of my time. Now they are trying to charge me for the "free" check up for $244!!! WTH! I gave them my insurance so many times and they keep sending me mail saying they are going to send me to a collection agency which could put me in default and impact my credit rating!! So messed up!!!! Do not go here! 7 peaks dental is so much better! Never again Aspen Dental!!

My first visit to establish a dentist. Very comfortable atmosphere! Office technology is hi tech and all of the staff was fabulous.

They were very gental with me as I had some bad teeth.

Walked in, no one was at reception and had a wait for a little bit. Jessica did my X-rays and was fabulous at making it go by fast. Ashley was kind and welcoming. Kristina was great at check out and helping me go over all my options.

Go somewhere else. This is the third time that this facility has either screwed up my appointment scheduling, overbooked the dentist or messed up the billing. I suspect the issue stems from Aspen's low pay. Regardless, there are many dentists in Bend, save yourself the hassle of this one.

Super easy check in- quick to be seen by the hygienist. She got my teeth so nice and clean and it was a pleasant experience.

In for initial exam and cleaning. Love the staff, and the doctor is amazing. Highly recommend.

My name is Larry Lovelin. Back in 2019' I had my first implant which happened in Aspen Dental in Gresham Or. I have moved to Bend in 2020'. In December of 2021' my implant started to become loose.... The surgeon that performed the work was gracious enough to honor his work and did it over with no charge...Aspen had some problems as they were new to Bend plus the covid emergency.... which caused hard to obtain personal. Kimberly Hebrock came to Aspen Dental as district manager to fix all issues at this time and I was surprised that they covered with no charge a new crown....They truly went above and beyond the service they gave me....(saving $2,000 just the crown work)

Dentist is either a crook or a quack. He said i need a $1000 deep cleaning and refused to give me a regular cleaning. Since then 2 dentists have said I don’t need a deep cleaning at all and verified my opinion of him. All i have is some gum recession from earlier years of brushing to hard. No gum disease. Avoid this place.

The new girl that does the cleaning is great. The reason I don’t give a 5 is there is a lot of Staff turnover.
