I recommend CODC to anyone who has a fear of the dentist or gets really anxious. I was always told what was happening or what was happening next, and that really helped me not feel so on edge. I was most impressed with the x-rays! The last time I had gotten x-rays done they used those big bulky blocks that always make you gag lol Thank you for being so patient and kind in a time I needed it the most! The front desk and dental staff really made me feel safe enough to schedule my next appointment to fix my teeth

We have relied on Dr. Hall and his staff for our dental care and treatment since the practice opened, and we have always been pleased. Meg, my regular hygienist, is great. I actually look forward to my cleanings! I do have one concern. The receptionists in the front office never seem to last long. In fact, there is a new face almost every time I go in for my regular cleaning and checkup (every 4 - 6 months). This is not a recent development. It has been the case ever since we started going to Central Oregon Dental Center, many years ago. I like going into an office where the staff recognizes me and knows my name. I like dealing with a familiar voice on the phone. I find the constant rotation of staff at the front desk a bit unsettling, and I have to wonder why it has become the norm in this office..
