The office is clean, sleek, and modern. The front staff were helpful in getting my insurance coverage and cost estimates figured out promptly. Kayla and Dr. Drew are very personable and great! They took the time to explain necessary procedures to me and present optional procedures to improve my teeth as well, without being pushy. They utilized a lot of cool technology that I didn’t even know existed to create imagery of my teeth and pinpoint issues. My first visit to Drew Family Dentistry went very well and I look forward to returning for future cleanings and dental needs.

Crushingly Disappointed in My Last Interaction. Had to Change Review. Receptionist/Assistants refused to answer or get answers to questions Was told the staff was very busy and their time was really valuable so they couldn’t answer my questions Was berated for not wanting to make a decision without the answers (Brenda) Was told I was wasting their time and that “Youve been going back and forth for days and calling us and you just need to make a decision” - I’d called with concerns over the weekend and they called back today. (Brenda) Explicitly told Brenda I felt she had been really inappropriate and I did not want to speak to her - she would not transfer me to someone else Was refused time to consider a change in appointment due to a medical emergency Was told if I held off on the surgery and my tooth became infected they would not prescribe another round of antibiotics Brenda told me their time was too valuable to call me back Bonnie kept time of the phone call (“We have been talking to 23 and a half minutes”) Bonnie attempted several times to cancel my appointment without my consent “Well now YOURE interrupting ME” when I tried to stop her from canceling my appointment (was doing this without my consent) “I guess I’m not sure why a limited exam is necessary since all of my questions are about having the procedure done this week, and -” Bonnie cut off and said “well I guess you answered your own question.” without offering any further assistance or guidance. Told me they were being nice by allowing me to cancel less than 48 hours prior (Was about 46 hours” Asked for 24 hours and Eileen complained about how only Pam could make that call; was audibly frustrated and told me she’d “try and get back” before the end of the day but still adhered to the 48 hour policy. Had to explicitly ask for a call back on this. Was never told whether Pam or anyone else in the office signed off on this. When hanging up with Bonnie, heard her say “Oh my GOD” before she put the receiver

I have been going to Drew Family Dentistry for 2 years and they have been great. Most recently I went in for a crown and cavity filling in the same appointment. They have the latest technology to scan your mouth and mill your crown onsite out of high quality resin. I was truly impressed... after the crown was done, it fit like a glove and was glued in. No temporary crown or complications! Happy to have them for my dental needs!

By far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I hadn’t seen a dentist in many years, and the entire staff made me feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable as a new patient. When I mentioned I was having issues with a crown, they got me in the next day, and when I arrived, Irene (having just had a cancellation), remembered I needed to get in for a full exam, so she put me in for everything all at once! Every single staff member spent time with me. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Once my kids are out of braces, I’m moving the entire family to Drew Family Dental! Kudos to the entire team at DFD!!!
