Wow! I have ever had a wonderful experience at a dentist. Every single person was so professional and friendly. I felt like a real human being care for by humans! I the doctor was kind and informative. They are really booked so that was frustrating but they fit me in. I felt that all information as given in a very clear way and I am totally confident with the care I received. BIG SHOUT OUT to Deonna for all her support and for an outstanding cleaning done by Maddie!!! I left feeling extremely grateful for the visit and so happy knowing this is my new dentist office!!!

Worst place I ever visited and if you have government funded medicaid insurance please don't waste your time going here they won't do nothing for you. I been in pain with toothaches and headaches and the doctor barely evaluated my mouth just based on xray and my pain complaint I was told I have infection and periodontist and need deep cleaning and tooth pull and I was giving appt for tooth pull but not cleaning I called back and I'm told 8 months wait and doctor sent me home with a big whole in the back of my tooth didn't do anything to fill it or to stop the pain and the pain never stopped I'm losing my mind from this pain he told me antibiotics will take care of the pain it's not true I'm dying here and I feel like jumping off bridge so I can rest from this headache and pain I can't eat or drink i haven't slept and can't go to any other dentist because I have medicaid and this is the only place😢

Always polite and concerned

They never answer calls. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. I fell asleep calling repeatedly after being redirected to their answering machine, which goes unanswered. If they are understaffed, they need to stop accepting new patients. It is unfair to the existing patients and I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism from my private dentist. Advantage dental needs to be investigated by the Oregon health authority because everybody deserves an equal level of care and access to care no matter the insurer. If they are unable to meet these needs, then more resources need to be made available and/or their contract with the state needs to be revised. Many have also complained over poor dental care which alarms me. I haven’t had this experience but too many have grievances over subpar treatment which is unacceptable in a developed country. I had to change my dental plan to receive care.

They NEVER answer the phone!

Extremely hard to get a hold of it a call back.

The staff and service is great, however their clerical staff needs some work, no one ever answers the phone

I have been having the worst time getting a teeth cleaning appointment. I had to reschedule an appointment because of a family emergency and they scheduled me out for another 6 months. I have tried repeatedly to call to see if there is a cancellation. I have left my name and number and no one ever returns my call. I don’t understand why no one answers the phone during business hours. I feel like because I’m on the oregon health plan that I’m treated unfairly. Everyone I know with normal dental insurance has the luxury of going to a dental clinic who actually answers the phone and works with their patients.

I do not recommend. I took my son here for teeth that have been getting worse. The dentist kept asking about his brushing and when I said he brushes as much as we can get him to (he’s on the spectrum) I could feel her judgement like she didn’t believe me. I took him to a dentist that has worked with children around the world and he said that it’s a developmental disorder and that it has nothing to do with brushing because his enamel never developed and that’s why his teeth were getting worse instead of staying healthy.

I’ve been trying for months to make an appointment, both online and in calling. The online form was never responded to; the calls ring with no answer (even during business hours) then abruptly hangs up on you. If you are unable to take new patients, can you at least say so? It would save me (and a lot of people, I assume) a lot of time and stress.

Really bad service can't get ahold of them on the phone and I had painkillers but I forgot to tell the doctor I had painkillers so he wrote me an Rx then after I left he called and chewed me out and referred me to their gateway location

Sweet non judgement staff kind and patient.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a broken tooth giving me a lot of pain and they were able to see me that day to get me started on infection meds. They had a cancellation and we’re able to get me in the very next day. I’ve seen many dentist & both the doctors I saw were top notch.

This is by far the WORST dental clinic I have ever encountered. They constantly cancel appointments and then they “cant reschedule” for 6-9 months. I first went here 11 months ago and haven’t been able to get a single filling because they have cancelled so many times. The dentist is also a chauvinistic pig who won’t listen to patients. Talks over you when you raise a concern. The reception staff is incredibly condescending and not interested in helping people. DO NOT GO HERE it is purely a waste of time, energy, and resources.

Literally impossible to get ahold of. My fiancé had a severe tooth infection and we couldn’t get him seen or even ahold of them for days!

This office is friendly, positive, and efficient. Switching medical plans, we had to find a new dentist office. My sister recommended we come here, so I called and Cassie was so helpful in getting us set up. Today was our first visit, and it was great! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, organized and informative. Thank you Dr. Dewan, Deonna, and Phuong! I’m happy we found you🙋🏻‍♀️💚

I have two friends that have had appointment after appointment with you guys, tou have continually canceled there appointments 5 times in a row now and that is appalling....... One friend, you pulled a majority of her teeth, preparing her for dentures, and now you cancel on her over and over and she works in the public and is very embarrassed. I can see one cancelation maybe two but 5 in a row?!?! Do you people even care about how people feel when they are preparing for dentures and have to be in front of daily people and the public, at work, in the stores, with out there teeth?!? I would not recommend people to this dental clinic at all..... how shameful. 5 cancelations in a row!! 😡

The worst dental place I’ve ever had. It takes days for them to call you back to schedule a regular cleaning. My son had tooth pain and I left specific details on their voicemail 5 times in 2 weeks . Someone finally called back after 2 weeks. No one ever answers the phone! When I did talk to them they had no appointments for emergencies! Don’t sign up with this place
