My longtime Dentist retired. At his recommendtion, the next time I needed dental services, I made an appointment with Dr. Susie Watkins. I am very pleased that I did. Dr. Watkins and her staff were very professional and and treated me like I was a long time patient. I would recommend PNW and Dr. Watkins to anyone needing dental care. Respectfully, Keith Weiss

Friendliest staff, and Dr. Peterschmidt is exception friendly. I had Destiny take my X-rays and she was amazing. And I had Shelli clean my teeth, she did a perfect job, and she was extremely sweet also! The whole atmosphere is positive, and they do their jobs very well. They even taught me some things I didn’t know, and walked me through the things that they were doing. Easily the best dental experience I’ve had.

I really like my dentist, hygienist, and feel overall the quality of care is above average.

PNW Dental is fabulous. Dr. Tyler Peterschmidt and Dr. Susie Watkins are wonderful, caring dentists. They always listen to their patients to provide the best care. The office is up on all the latest technology to make dental care fast and safe. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Hygienists and Dental technicians work in concert with each other, and seem like family. It’s a very clean, modern office. I would highly recommend PNW Dental if you are looking for a new dentist or wanting a change from your current dentist. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Susie Watkins and her staff are the best. I have had quite a few dentists over the years (decades and decades!) and you can do no better than PNW. Not only is their work top notch, their sensitivity and patience, their understanding of what it is like being in the chair, makes the experience very bearable, and about as good as possible given what is going on. I just completed the process of losing a bridge, requiring a much larger bridge, removal of teeth, over 2.5 months and many scheduled and unscheduled appointments and, as much as the situation really sucked, never once was I in any way upset with the dentist or her staff. They were always there for me when things went wrong. And things went wrong because of the weakness of temporary bridges. None of it was the fault of the dentist. Any fault lay in my hands for less than most careful following of directions and never once did the dentist or staff get frustrated. They simply took care of me and did so very promptly every time. I would give them six stars if I could!!!! Thank you Susie Watkins!!

As a complex trauma survivor, I received such compassionate care along with such professional dental care. If you are looking for a dentist that has a big heart and does excellent work, stop looking. You have found someone with Dr. Tyler. I told his practice the accommodations I needed and everything was done to make me feel comfortable, at choice and at ease.

PNW Dental has provided the best quality care I have ever received! Honestly I had been avoiding going to the dentist for about 10 years because I have had negative previous experiences, but now I am so ecstatic to have found a place where I feel so taken care of and at ease! When I first arrived, I was struck by how cozy and home-like the office feels. With its cottage-like outer appearance, the entire office is filled with natural light and warm colors. In each treatment space, there are beautiful views of plant life through large windows that look out onto a private backyard. So right off the bat I enjoyed the atmosphere. The entire staff also has a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Dr. Susie Watkins made me feel instantly comfortable as soon as we met, and I did not feel judged at all despite my very long gap between checkups. Once my evaluation was done, she made sure I understood and approved all of the treatments I would need and got me scheduled right away. Throughout each of my appointments, I was so impressed by the advanced technology they have access to. From their actual dental instruments to the TVs on the ceiling to help provide distraction for the patients, I can honestly say I have never been so calm at a cavity filling! They also take photos of the tooth before and after treatment so you can actually SEE what was done! So cool! Their level of attention to detail for pain control was also above and beyond what I had ever experienced. Dr. Watkins and Becca always made sure to ask me intermittently how I was doing throughout the treatments, and gave me instructions on how to signal them if anything was uncomfortable, at which point they would stop immediately provide additional pain control. I am so thankful to PNW dental for their high quality care and dedication to their patients comfort and well-being. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental care or looking for a change!

Great staff and excellent care. I use a walker and am always helped and feel welcomed. Lots of high tech gadgets combined with old fashioned service.

I can easily say it was the best cavity filling I have ever had done (that says a lot cause I always enjoyed going to the dentist). There is a TV on the ceiling, talk about first class treatment. I was able to choose to have the channel on my favorite show... golden girls lol! Throughout the procedure Dr. Susie Watkins would always ask me if I was doing okay, that right there shows how much she cares for the patient (I felt really special ), and I would always answer, “Yeah this is great!” She is truly an amazing dentist, patient and really kind.

I am a retired dentist and am very happy with my choice to receive care from NWD Dental. The staff are personable, caring and skilled. Unfortunately, many clinics work to extract the highest fees. This practice feels like being in a good family-- they work to understand your needs and limitations. I can not imagine a better experience

I've been a patient since 1996 when I was two years old and had had a dental emergency. Dr. Jenson and his team were wonderful! Fast forward 25 years and there have been some big changes that made me a bit apprehensive but Dr. Peterschmidt and Dr. Watkins are both great. They have done an awesome job keeping the office feeling like the same little personable and friendly place it's always been, while going through immense growth and modernization. They are thorough, patient, good at listening and make sure to address any questions or concerns you have. The real MVP though is Shelli, whose been my hygienist for the past 10+ years. She's the best. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

After a bad experience I asked our Pharmacist if he could recommend a dentist. His emendate reply was Dr. Watkins at Jensen Family Dentistry (now PNW dentistry). In fact he said he would pay my bill if for some reason I didn't think she was the best. Well after my first visit he not only did not have to pay my bill, I owed him a dinner for the recommendation. In the past year our families experience with Dr. Watkins and Peterschmidt has been exceptional. They have the latest equipment and procedures to make a trip to the dentist pleasant. Just yesterday Dr. Watkins extracted an infected tooth. She carefully explained the process and compassionately , skillfully and painlessly removed the tooth. The entire team at this practice is exceptional. At this time our family including a son in law, daughter two grandsons and my wife and I are very satisfied patients of this practice.

This is the best dental office in Eugene! Everyone that works there is incredibly nice, and Dr.Tyler is amazing!

I was unhappy with the Dentists I was seeing and started researching online and asking friends who they liked..and found Jensen Family Dental. I was actually looking for a Female Dentist and Dr.Susan Watkins was a member of their team. I read her “Meet Us” profile and really connected to her history of doing Compassionate outreach and care, with a Residency at the VA Hospital In Baltimore, and after that joining the Indian Health Services in Yakima Washington. Unfortunately I have had 2 crowns now, but there has been no pressure to rush into it and the care has been fantastic. They also have tv’s on the ceiling to distract you from your procedure. My Hygienist, Natalie is top notch as well. I feel great supporting this practice and am grateful to have found them. Oh and Dr Jensen has retired..so the name is changing soon..so look for Watkins Peterschmidt.

I was very nervous when Dr. Jensen retired and my dental care would be transferred to a different dentist in the practice. However, I am extremely pleased and appreciative of Dr. Susie Watkins who is absolutely a top notched skilled dentist. Not only is Susie a seasoned practitioner, she is professional, precise, kind, and accessible. I am a patient who requires extra time and numbing support. Dr. Watkins just prepped and placed a new crown for me and my experience was perfect. I give Dr. Susie Watkins (and the entire office staff) my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Jenson Family Dental. I have been a patient for over 20 years and continue to be amazed and impressed by the excellent care and follow up I have received. The cautionary measures JDF staff took to ensure safety during a recent visit was impressive. I felt extremely comfortable with the precautionary measures they took as a staff to ensure a safe environment especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Don't hesitate to make an appointment for dental care as you will be in good hands; and at a practice where creating and maintaining a safe environment is of paramount importance. Kudos to the staff for doing an excellent job all around.

I really like the quality of work and friendliness of staff here. Even after a root canal by DMD Tyler Peterschmidt and a short notice/quick response filling replacement by DMD Susan Watson. I have even encouraged my family to go here.
