Gladstone Family Dentistry

I went to this dentist a couple years ago. They told me I had a small cavity near the surface. They filled the tooth, but I was left with tooth pain for a whole year. I went back to their office 2-3 times asking for them to fix it. Eventually, they told me they didn’t know how. I went to a different dentist I found by referral. That dentist fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I would avoid this dentist office.

My very first visit they tried to sell me on a $3,000 gum treatment. I was told, "If you can't afford it, there are financing options available!". I don't know about you, but I don't have expendable income to incur another bill. I subsequently had two fillings done, both of which cracked due to being too thin. When I went to get the first crack repaired, they did not thicken the other side of the tooth, so it cracked again on the still-thin side (as did the other filling they did). They admitted fault, and still tried to charge me for the repair! I will never go back and will be seeking a different provider to fix the cracks that they caused.

Get a second opinion if they try to sell you on their $3,000+ (that's the out of pocket cost even with insurance) laser treatment for gums. I thought it was fishy when they had someone give me what felt like a sales presentation on the treatment before telling me if I didn't do it, they wouldn't treat me. I went to Kaiser instead, where I discovered my gums were not nearly as bad as Gladstone said they were (I had another exam that yeilded different results) and I don't need crazy expensive laser treatment.

I would highly recommend any one to come to Gladstone family dentistry. All the staff is wonderful they are very warm and caring. Dr. Kato has done numerous procedures for me and I also have had Dr. Krause wonderful dentists.

Gladstone Family Dentistry is a must go to for you dental needs. Dr. Krause and Dr. Kato really know how to keep you at ease. The team and office staff are very helpful and very kind. 25 years plus with them ... They are definitely the best!

Dr.Krause is such a wonderful person. She's warm and inviting. You can really tell that she loves what she does and cares about her patients.

While we experienced a tiny hiccup during one part of my filling process I had one of the best experiences at a dentist ever. That says a WHOLE lot! I will be back soon for a cleaning. Thanks for keeping me calm.

I have been going to Gladstone Family Dentistry for 5 years now. Dr. Krause is great. Love all the girls up front. Going to the dentist has always been hard for me but they make Goin there easy. So glad I found them.

Hello friends @ Gladstone Family Dentistry! Jim and I (Patti) have had all our dental care with you since 1987. Wow! That's a very long time. We have always been very satisfied with the friendly professionalism of all the staff, Diane, Trudy, PJ et al. Dr. Krause was just a new DMD at the time and she still looks (almost) the same. That can't be said for us though.

Very friendly staff, always flexible with scheduling and never any issues with billing. I've been a patient since moving to Gladstone and have had cleanings 2x a year and have not had a bad experience yet!

Thank You Dr Kato and Pj for a great experience today during my dental visit. I can always count on Gladstone Family Dentistry to make me feel like family. I can always trust my family to have the best care by either Dr Krause or Dr Kato. They have an amazing staff that makes sure we get scheduled for all our dental needs. Fast, efficient, professional, and positive - words to describe my experience. Lost a cap on my crown Thursday night and by 9:00 am Friday it was fixed. And I wasn't a customer. I am now!!

I would recommend this place to everyone.The staff and dentists are really friendly and knowledgable. Technology is up to date and you actually get to see in advance any "potential" cavities. I had a my first appointment and it was nearly painless and without discomfort. And Dr. krause had corrected one of my fillings that my previous dentist did.
