I love these people and they really do care.

I called Dr. Sten Erickson with the complaint of extreme tooth pain on a friday afternoon. Not only did he drop what he was doing on his day off and come into the office to see me, he made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. As someone with an aversion to dentists, this is not an easy task. Dr. Erickson kept me well informed of my options, explained the procedure to me and discharged me with instructions and pain medication to get me through the weekend. I cannot thank Dr. Erickson and his staff enough for taking the time to make me feel like such a valued patient. I will definitely be back.

2 different experiences. The first visit in 2017 I came in for an exam after not seeing a dentist in 4 years. I was given a ridiculously thorough evaluation and left the office thinking this place was on another level. Unfortunately they were too expensive and I had work performed elsewhere. I got insurance that specifically covered this office and came back for another evaluation in 2022 hoping for a similarly thorough report. The 2022 evaluation was no different than any other dentist office. No fancy zoomed in pictures. Just me self reporting a minor problem with no in-depth evaluation as I had the first time. Overall a good experience, but if 2022 had been my first experience I don’t think I would have remembered them. And unfortunately they’re on the higher end of the price spectrum so I can’t use them.

I have worked in dentistry and this is the only place I would go! These people are like family, front office, back office, drs. They all are so special there! I have been a pt here for close to 15 years! Mart originally, now his son and daughter in law! Awesome is in their blood!

Omg! They are going to be my dentist forever! We had an emergency situation. We hadn't gone to Erickson Dental Care. So we're considered new patients. But they called us back within 5 minutes of our initial phone call. I am so impressed! The willingness of the staff to help us was amazing! I can't tell you the frustrations we've had with other Dental care. This group is incredible! They've got my business, my husband's business and my kids business for life!

I have never had such a good experience at the dentist before. From the gal up front to the dental assistant and then the dentist. I was put at ease all the way through. I will recommend Erickson Dental all day long. If you are looking for experienced staff, professionalism, and actual care about you as a patient, this is the place to go.

Very fun, professional staff. Liz made me comfortable while she made sure I got the best schedule for me. During the procedure, Dr Erikson was very kind and methodical. The extraction took less time than applying the local anesthetic did. Would reccommend the 2:30 appt.

Kind, gentle and effective dental care

Dr Sten Erickson and his staff are great. I went in for a root canal that I was dreading. It was so painless that I actually dozed off a couple of times. They had the root canal done and the new crown (which they made while I was getting the root canal) installed within two hours. I highly recommend them!

Update: Erickson Dental reached out to me to check on me the same day. I was informed the hours on Google are inaccurate. They close at 4pm on Fridays. I have updated the rating to reflect their quick follow up and professionalism. ------Original review------- Called 6 minutes before they close on a Friday. Got an answering service that was unable to schedule an appointment for tooth pain and advised me to call back Monday morning. I know there are people that will say, "oh you shouldn't call so close to the closing time" but if your hours are listed until 1700 hours, THEN BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE TIME YOU LISTED. Regarding their care otherwise, it's okay. Had a crown done and it popped off a couple days after. They were able to fix it but I'm not impressed considering they charge more than other dentist offices I've been to.

Our dentist in Medford recently retired so we were looking for a new dentist in GP. My husband lost a crown and needed to get in fairly quickly so called Erickson's Dental to see if they could see him. They got him in addressed the issue, got his temp crown and to quote him "I almost fell asleep" while they were addressing a filling and placing his temp crown. In addition he is OCD with order and commented on how organized your front office was as well. Looking forward to many years to come. Karen Harris-Gipson

Dr. Erickson is the best dentist I have ever been to.He is pain free, caring and does excellent work. All of his staff are very friendly and professionals. I feel very comfortable when I go in for my appointment.

The team at Erickson Dental are always amazing. They are warm and inviting, as well as caring and friendly. You feel like you are part of their family. It is great to have dentists who go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. I have had work done by Dr. Sten, Dr. Rachel and Dr. Mart and you can tell they take pride in their work. They pay attention to every detail and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! When I found Erickson Dental Care I felt as though I had hit the lottery. While visiting Grants Pass area, I encountered a dental emergency in the middle of the night. I researched dentists in the area and noticed the website of Erickson Dental Care looked the most professional. At 4am I left a message on their voice mail describing my problem. I was on their doorstep when they opened the next morning. They were prepared and more than happy to help me. They fixed my tooth perfectly and my bite was perfect. The Novocain injections were totally pain free. The dentist took it slow by giving me the Novocain in stages. After they had me all fixed up I happily headed to the desk to pay my bill. And wow, it was extremely reasonable! They did all of this for me knowing that I lived in NC and would not be a returning patient. They are talented and they are good people. I highly recommend this practice.
