If I could give them a zero I would. Very shady people no care about people who are poor and can't afford what they want. Just all around horrible dentist office. I don't recommend this place what do ever.

The dentist and hygienist are very professional , are very respectful. please keep up the good service. Andy also so nice and he care about you.

Really friendly office with people that are always willing to answer all my questions. Dr. Ostovar and his assistant Andy were both very enjoyable, knowledgeable, and efficient! I even had some questions that I forgot to ask the doctor, but the front desk staff definitely knew a lot and helped me out. I will for sure be coming back here.

This is a great practice from the ground up. Helpful front desk team tracked down my insurance info which was helpful. Special thanks to Andy for being a top rate professional and making quick work of what I thought was trouble. Also the 1 star ratings are bogus and not actually dentistry related, this is a 5 star establishment. Thanks guys!

I don't think I've ever felt so comfortable about going back in to the dentist. My partner has accompanied me for each appointment and now he wants all of his dental work done here. The preventative care is unlike any I've seen before. Dr. Ostovar and his staff are amazing! Andy and Karla went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

I was very impressed with hygienist Andy and Dr. Ostovar during my new patient appointment. Both are very personable and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain good hygiene practices which no other hygienist or dentist had explained to me before. It is obvious that they and the rest of the staff at East Wind Dental very much care about their patients.

Andy is professional and gave me a level of personalized oral hygiene advice I've never gotten before at corporate dental offices.

I'd like to write a review in appreciation for the service they offer at East Wind Dental Care. The professionalism and comfort that they provide from the front desk and the dental work area is great. As we all know, hygiene is very important and those who get dental care know that sometimes the visits to the dentist can be intimidating, however, at East Wind Dental Care they help you feel at ease. I recently had the privilege to be seen by Lilia, who is one of the dental hygienist and the results were awesome. A big thanks to Dr. Merat Ostovar and his staff for the great service. I recommend this office for future dental treatment.

Best dentists and staff I have found in my 37 years. EVERYONE, the receptionists, the doctors, hygienists, and assistants are unbelievably kind and gentle. Big shout out to Andy and Lilia in particular!

My wife and I are both new patients at East Wind Dental Care, this place is very nice. The do have a small waiting room but u are seen quickly and the staff there is VERY friendly. They take the time to explain every tool, procedure, and they explain it in a way people like me (stupid) can understand what they are saying. I have fainting episodes and they worked around me, made sure I was 100% ok before letting me leave. They gave me a neck pillow to keep my head up, and I honestly felt like they were really worried about me. I know most people probably think dentist get paid to be that nice to people, but they went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel comfortable. ANDY our dentist assistant is SUPER friendly and overall he made what would normally be a scary event for me, Pleasant and relaxing. If ur scared to go to the dentist I recommend E.W.D.C were they treat u like a family.

I had several dental works done at East Wind Dental Care; it was incredible that there was no pain during the treatments. Dr. Merat Ostovar did a great job; he is a warm-hearted, skillful, and detailed doctor. And so are the dental hygienist and assistants. After my dental crown was permanently fitted, no one could recognize which one was the false tooth. The color, size, and fitting of the crown were well done. My teeth have worn down, and Dr. Merat Ostovar rebuilt the surfaces of the teeth and ensured the bite, shape, strength, and look were all right. It was an incredible dental treatment experience, The team is committed to providing the best dental care possible, and I appreciate it. Yan

Buddy is a hoot and quite the tartar bandit.

Dr. O is the best, he is kind and friendly, great with the kids. Great dentist all around. The problem is his office fronts desk. Last year he had someone with no manners at all and no kindness. When my hygienist walked me over to schedule my follow up, she said to him and me "Can't you see I'm busy! instead of asking him to schedule or asking me to wait. Rude and unnecessary. Now he has Tiffany, she is much nicer, but totally incompetent. I called 4 times to schedule my daughter for her cleaning and I just gave up. I know that OHP is pain to work with and don't pay much, but if decided is too much trouble just say you don't accept and leave it at that. First time she couldn't verify the insurance, 2nd time she told me to call and verify the plan number and member ID (I did and they were correct), but I called OHP anyways to verify if they were in network. They are and my info was correct. Third time I called her with the network name the network name and phone number and assured her the info was correct. I had to repeat myself 3 times because she could not understand me (my accent is very mild) but she never apologize she just got aggravated. She spend a good 3 minutes reading her notes and did not listen to a word I said. After another I don't understand what is going on, I hang up and called OHP again. Fourth time I called her back after calling OHP and asked if they are accepting OHP, she said yes, I said you got everything you need to get my daughter assigned to your clinic if you want her as a patient. You just need to call the insurance company and ask for the assignment. She repeats right back to me "You need to call your insurance company, because I cant verify her!" So, I gave up. She never offered to cal the insurance company, she never said let em see what I can do and I will call you back, never propose any kind of solutions or even tried to schedule my daughter as a cash patient, while she verified the info. Dr Ostovar is very professional and am very much impressed with his treatment. He has more patience to listen all our issues and gave appropriate suggestions to maintain teeth and protect from further issues. We have been visiting East wind Dental from more than 2 years. We have been more satisfied with their hospitality. Their staff also very understandable.

I received exceptional care from the moment I arrived to the second I stepped out the door. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. It felt that everyone was holistically committed to my care - from the receptionist to the dentist. The lead assistant dental hygienist - Andy - was attentive and highly skilled, and he spent extra time polishing my teeth. Now they are white enough to reflect the sun and signal a plane if I'm every stranded like Tom Hanks in Cast Away. But more seriously, this is without a doubt the best dental office in at least 100 miles.

It is a really good dental care to attend. The doctors are really nice and patience. They are easy to work with patients .The doctors give us suggestions and makes us do signs if we feel pain. They sometimes gave us gifts when we leave.

Hands down the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to in my life (I’ve been to quite a few)! Everyone is sweet and caring, I’m happy that I’ve finally found a place where the professionals actually care about their patients! Andy is amazing, especially with kids! My little guy and I love Andy, he’s always a pleasure to talk to and does his best to make your little one feel comfortable! So does the head dentist! I’ve been to many places where ESPECIALLY for pediatrics, they’re downright awful, but I can’t say enough good things about East Wind. My son and I are lucky to have fallen into such great hands!

Hands down the best dental care I have ever received! Andy was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The Dr. was very kind and knowledgeable. This was the first time any Dentist has taken the time to explain everything medically so that I felt I understood what was going on with my teeth. Well done everyone! Positive attitudes dispute a busy schedule. Covid has taken it’s toll on everyone, especially those in healthcare. This staff is giving it 110 percent, despite the times we are in. Keep up the great work! 👍🏼

The Dr.O / Dr.Ostovar is really awesome and preventative. he and his staff are very caring and look forward to following up with me to provide me the best possible care for me. I am very grateful to have Dr. Ostovar as my dentist. Definitely recommended Dr. Ostovar and the team at East Wind Dental Care to anyone looking for a caring home dental care.

Went in yesterday 02/07/2022 for a cleaning/ tooth ache, went into the back just to be told I was only getting checked for the pain.. then the assistant or whoever he was Proceeded to tell me that the current guy Andres that was working and cleaning my teeth was not certified at all and was only trained by the dentist that is why he was fired, also told me that a lady there messed up his computer work paper and she was also fired and went back to Armenia, then proceeded to tell every formal employees business too me etc.. also did A HIPAA violation by telling me other people’s business and how many times they’ve cancelled their appointments etc, this place is NOT SAFE FOR YOUR INFORMATION!! I felt like I was in high school, he never even checked or took pics of my tooth ache just sat down and talked about everyone. He literally said anyone off the streets of Seattle and Oregon can become an assistant. I will be taking legal action and I hope this helped anyone! Stay safe out there.
