Dr. Kruse has been my dentist since I was a young child but here lately I have had nothing but negative experience, A lot of better than you attitude from him and the brunette receptionist. Don’t come here if you’re if you have Advantage, They are not shy from saying discriminatory comments and making you feel a certain way. I can’t even explain the feeling I felt when leaving, All because I couldn’t afford out of pocket expenses to get my wisdom teeth pulled and requested them to submit my referral for orthopedic surgery differently.

I know mr cruise personaly and to be treated like I'm a child /stupud by the front desk is just not ok I call and aet my appomient up didnt luke the time fixed it to 230 I show 5 mins late due to traffic and my driver. Being a lol slow they try 2 tell me that I didn't set my appoment 4 230 that it was set eralier than that and cancelled my appomient with out even calling me normally id just reschedule and get over excpte the fact this is twice now and I habe a broken wisdom thooth and expoaed never so thanks 4 makeing me suffer even more it feels just wonderflu to be treated like my needs dont matter and not get care thx.

I just wanted to say Dr. Kruse and all the girls back there are super good at what they do. I get anxiety really bad having dental work done, and he always talks me through the process, which helps me calm down a little bit.

Great service in the back. But up front!? The receptionist are extremely rude. One left and appointment reminder the day prior saying 8:30am I went in the next day and the receptionist said I was late. When I told her I was not and have a voicemail stating the time she said that’s not right I don’t ever schedule appointments at 8:30am. I told her I have the voicemail that she left but continued to say I was wrong. Because if covid I couldn’t even go in and show her the voicemail. She rescheduled me and said she would call the day before. She never did for mine or my daughters. Extremely rude.

Always rude! Insinuating that I can’t pay my bill when I make an appointment to get me kids teeth pulled! Canceling appointment, making decisions for me! It’s ridiculous! All because I have Oregon Health plan for me children!!!!

I was very pleased with the service we received at this dentist office. From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was incredibly friendly. I was very pleased with the way my kids were treated. The staff was all patient with them and made them feel really comfortable with being there. I don’t mind driving 40 minutes for their dental needs after receiving such great care.
