I had a bad experience with Advantage Dental quite a few years ago, I went in with a terrible toothache and the dentist said "there was nothing he could do" and sent me away in pain. Advantage Dental stuck in my mind as the "there's nothing we can do" clinic for a long time after that and I refused to waste my time there, I went to the ER for toothaches. However, when I got a toothache last week I decided to give them another try, they fit me in the next day AND they HELPED! Yesterday I was in terrible pain today I feel so much better, a new dentist is working there and he's great. They CAN help! I guess the last guy couldn't do anything but the new guy can and he's worth seeing for Dental care. I'm happy to say I've changed my opinion from no stars to 5!

I had to wait 2 months for my appointment. I haf gotten a text a day before my applintment saying to bw there 15 mins early. These I was okay with. What I am not okay with is. The day of my appointment 20 mins before not even an hour before they called and said we can't have you come in today. But told me the dentist will give me a call in 15 mins to do a "on phone exam" and he never called its been 5 days later still nothing. And now I have to wait another month for an appointment.

Staff is friendly, however getting and keeping an appointment is a pain. They have called me having to reschedule my appointments 3 times in a row, with only 24hrs or less notice. I’m getting really tired of them rescheduling with less than 24 hrs of notice from them. I take time off of work expecting to go to my appointments only to be told they have to reschedule for 1 month away. So frustrating

I’ll start off by, I have had horrible experiences at the dentist growing up as a kid. Dr. Jeff Herman was by far the best dentist I have ever had. He was patient with me and very informative about what he was doing. He made me have a different outlook about going to the dentist by not only making me feel comfortable but making me want to actually come back. I highly recommend Advantage Dental here in Lakeview.

Better luck just going to klamath. Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phones/make appointments. They must not need the clients.
