Dr. Abbett and her staff have provided a complete range of care from regular cleaning, fillings, and crowns. She has continued to keep up with the latest technology in care to give her patients the absolute best care. Dr. Abbett is highly respected by her colleagues in the valley and she will not hesitate to refer her patients for a specialized procedure by another dentist to give her patient the best possible result.

Doctors are amazing! It is the front desk and billing staff that are the issue. Lies and attitude about trying to contact you are repeatedly talking over you. Zero customer service skills. I will never work with their office again!

I moved to Medford 22 years ago and was faced with the task of finding new doctors, place to live etc. etc. And, since I had extensive dental work done in past years, I was pretty choosey on selecting a dentist. I have a cracked tooth and contacted them because I have gone to them since I was a child, the last time I had needed dental care was 2008 and I contacted them to set up an appointment in January of this year. while on the phone to set up an appointment to get my teeth clean and a general check up so they could look at that tooth they pulled my chart and the lady on the phone mentioned how long it had been since I had seen them. we set the appointment for feb. 13th and I thought all was good. I got called on feb. 11th from another lady telling me that they "didn't realize" that I hadn't been in since 2008 (even though the previous lady had made a specific note of it) and they didn't have enough time in the appointment they had scheduled to do everything they needed to. she asked if we could reschedule and I said to see when the next soonest appointment would be even though this error wasn't my fault and I had already been waiting nearly a month with a cracked tooth. she told me the next soonest appointment was at the end of JULY! I would have to wait nearly 6 MONTHS to get into this office just for a cleaning and check up for a mistake that THEY made! this is unacceptable! I grew up going to this dentist, I decided to wait almost a month with a cracked tooth to come back to this dentist and this is how I'm treated. I don't plan to come back. I will be seeking dental help elsewhere from now on.
