DO NOT GO HERE! I was assigned to them through my insurance, went in they did a very horrible quicky cleaning that did more damage to my gums than anything and said I needed 2 crowns (that I had to pay out of pocket for mind you) it was very uncomfortable and felt like a chop shop. They didn't tell me they wanted to just start drilling away so I left. I got asigned to a different office through my insurance, my first visit I got a clean bill of health........that is just super sketchy to me. It baffles how a place you suppose to trust would put someone through that just to make money.If you are on ohp you DO have other options, even if you have to wait for an appointment to open up I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had heard good reviews from them and then I got an appointment with them and went in, great at first, the dental assistant was nice but then comes the dentist and she was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I'm never coming back. My husband had the same experience, he had seen a different dentist and he was extremely rude as well. Never coming back!

I tried to make an appointment and gave them my insurance number. We set the appointment. Then they called later and said they canceled the appointment because my birthday was wrong. I called my insurance company, it was correct. I called them back and made sure they had the correct date and confirmed the appointment. Then a day later they called back and said they don't accept my insurance provider at all. The lady who was doing all this acted like they did not want me as a customer from the beginning. I made an appointment with another local dentist and did not have any of these problems. If they don't want customers they should just say so.

I f I could give zero stars I would. We never got to see the dentist. We came in per request to sign paperwork to transfer my sons records and the front desk staff couldn’t have been more rude. They acted like it was a total pain to do the paperwork and shook their head in disgust every time he asked a question. I can’t imagine the dentists being good if they hire front desk staff like that.

They got me in the same day! I had a tooth keeping me awake and it made me miss a work meeting so I called and they were able to see me that day they not only took care of the problem tooth but also took care of a couple others while they were there. They didn’t waste any of my/their time and they were so nice about my anxiety! I’m definitely not as afraid of the dentist now :) thank you so much!!!!!!!
