I have never been to a dentist so callous and rough. Cackling with his assistant about who needs forceps while they broke apart 3 of my teeth without ever trying once to be gentle or see if they'd come out without excessive, excruciating force. Absolutely mangled my jaw, I've never had a tooth extraction hurt so bad. I'm not even going to get into the scheduling problems-stay away at all costs-UPDATE It's been months, my mouth is STILL tore up, jagged pieces of bone sticking out through my gums, absolutely destroyed my mouth. They make you sign paperwork stating they might need to do some extreme things in extreme situations when in reality they just want to do things as fast as possible without any regard for the patient and use these techniques only to save time without any regard for the quality of the job or comfort of the patient. Absolutely the worst dental experience of my over 40 years of life! These aren't doctors, just tooth mechanics

I would like to let you know as an office what I observed. As soon as I walked in I was asked to put on a mask. however your front desk employee wears her below the nose. It must be tough having to wear one all day in the office. Also noticed a visitor with a mask below the chin. So I decided to sit down without one. I was then reminded that I need to wear a mask and I responded with it's hard to do so when nobody else is following this rule. The employee told me that this is a mandate and that we follow the rules. Not noticing that the front desk person sitting right next to her is not wearing her's properly. I understand mask mandates, however if employees are not following this protocol how can you expect anyone else?

I went in for a severe gum infection and the dentist who was helping me was refusing to help in any shape way or form . The whole staff is extremely rude and are not willing to hear any patients out . PLEASE do not go there unless you absolutely have too.

Horrible and inexperienced dentist here. They will not do work on your teeth without using epinephrine, even when some patients can't have it because of being allergic to it. Never before have I come across this kind of service where they refuse to use carbocaine without epinephrine. I have had several work done on my teeth and two teeth pulled without using epinephrine, and now here in Medford with Advantage Insurance these providers at this office won't care for patients who are sensitive or allergic to epinephrine. How unprofessional they are and wrong it is to have our insurance hire these kind of inexperienced dentists who are unwilling to help and be of service to ALL patients. Shame on them.

Dishonest and very poor business practices. I would not go here if at all possible. I don’t like wasting my time writing a negative review and it doesn’t make me feel good either. They have waisted so much of my time and were so rude, I felt I should say something.
Just got a filling. A lot of new faces. Maranda was very helpful and Dr. Roya was exceptional, very professional and caring.

I had a very pleasant experience with the advantage dental in Medford Oregon my doctor was Dr Roya her assistant was Lily the dental assistant and the lady at the front desk the front desk clerk Maranda they were all very respectful and treated me very well I will definitely let my family and friends know to go here that I was treated very well I will return back to this business. And tell my friends and family as well
There's a ton of not-so-new research about how oral health impacts every aspect of your body & brain health. My husband mentioned this to his dentist here, and the dentist flatly refused any connection. You have to be pretty wilfully ignorant to be a doctor & not know the last 10 years worth of intelligence in your field and narcissistic to come at peer-reviewed studies like you know better, to the point you'll decry it without so much as a single Google search, let alone any subscription to an actual college or medical science research journal.
This is negligence, in my opinion. This dentist must not be educating himself further than the minimum college taught him, probably 30-40 years ago. Clearly, they don't actually CARE about dentistry or health. They only got into this for the paycheck. I'm also betting on their discriminating against ACA beneficiaries, in that they are too poor to deserve or be capable of whole body health. They just want to tell you "brush, floss, rinse, get out. ACA isn't paying me to speak to you."

I had a horrible tooth infection that spread and made me really sick. Advantage dental did all they could to help me and then send me to specialists when needed. Everyone in the office from the receptionists, to the dental assistants, to the dentist were extremely caring and provided great care.

I had a fear of dentists until I came here. Quick and relatively easy six extractions in less than an hour, what a pro! 10/10 recommend

I don't like this dental practice. It's not well managed at all. They don't care at all about their patients and that's my absolute opinion.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the dentist was quick and efficient, and I found it worth the 4 month wait.
They don’t answer the phone or make appointments for existing customers.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by the surgeon who comes once a month, the top two came out quickly with no pain, the bottoms one was impacted and needed to be surgically removed. I was feeling it and it hurt really bad, the surgeon kept telling me it’s normal and this is a numb as your going to get. He did not even attempt to give me a second shot. He continued to say pressure is normal and wouldn’t listen to me that it was sharp pinching pain. I was in tears and it was the most painful thing I have ever experienced at the dentist. I would not recommend this place for wisdom teeth. After discussing this with a friend in the dental field I learned this was a bit neglectful in the care he delivered because he could have gave me a second dose. The office staff and assistants were really nice but I am writing this because I hope no one has to go through this pain I went through.
I have had two issues with this location. It is by far the worst dentist office I’ve ever been too. The staff seems annoyed and irritated to be there helping people, it feels almost as if they are more judgmental and rude bc the majority of the patients are OHP.
The first problem I had I contacted you guys about where the hygienist painted black on my sons front tooth (the wrong tooth!) before family photos.
The second complaint is from today. My son had an appointment I made and had every intension on attending. We were camping and out of service. So I never received a confirmation call. My son and I drove an hour away from Trail to attend said appointment and the receptionist rudely said “your appointment is canceled bc you failed to confirm.” Are you kidding me! And when I looked back through and found the voicemail from your company, bc I was out of service it went straight to voicemail, and the message said nothing about if you don’t confirm your appointment will be canceled. I’m so beyond done with this office. We will be moving facilities. I wish you guys took more care and pride in running a descent office but sadly you don’t.

As the assistant continuously kept requesting of me, I am leaving a review.
I will start with the positives (why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1) then I will list the negatives, which have made me seek a different dental office:
The positives:
- One front desk lady was really kind.
- They were able to get me in the day after I called because I had a dental emergency (broken wisdom tooth).
- The dentist himself was very kind to me as well.
- They had the surgeon, who was there the day of my check up, come see me and he decided to do the surgery that day.
- He was very calm and he explained to me what I would be feeling before it happened.
The negatives:
- I felt like everything was SO rushed. Everything was going ok (maybe a 4-star experience up to the extractions) but definitely 1-star at the end. The surgeon pulled out all four teeth. He said, "This one, you'll feel a little pain because it's the one that's most infected." He pulled that one out, dropped it on the little metal table and said "See ya!" Or something to that effect, chuckled, and walked out.
- I was having a bit of an anxiety attack, and I was shaking, because it is terrifying in general to get extractions. I had a lot of questions! However, he left with no guidance for me. Maybe that is up to the dentist, who I also never saw again.
- The assistant stuck some gauze in my mouth and said, "Here is more gauze. Read this paper. Ok, you can go home."
- I was still feeling so anxious. I had just had all four teeth pulled out, and they weren't telling me ANYTHING! Through the gauze, I tried to ask what I'm supposed to do. She was like "Just read this paper." Maybe she didn't actually know what I was supposed to do.
- She said, "Do you want to keep your wisdom teeth?" She would've had time to pack up wisdom teeth to send me home with (which I said no to - Ew.), but she didn't a few seconds to teach me how to care for my mouth?!
- Another assistant came in and I asked her, "Is there anything I should look

They aren't at all the best dentists....they need to go back to school because my wisdom teeth were impacted....I just got them done thank God they wouldn't give me a referral they said I'm just teething when I was in pain from them. And said nothing about how little my mouth was. Luckily I have a better dentist who do there job. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Idk the doctors name but I wouldn't go here....lazy people or people who don't know what they are doing. So happy I have the best dentists in town and fixed my pain and needs. And I had no room in my mouth. They could of damaged all my teeth. So I'm never ever going back there....
