Very disappointed. Very let down. Billed over 10k for the one tooth thats was qouted $3800. Plus other dentist bills because of procedure. Does not want to hear or listen to patients concerns. Easier to call it improper fit. Three times refitted bridge and still painful. Small valley and I feel its important to provide a service and treat your customers with the up most respect.

I was talked down to, and felt that this dentist was more interested in the bottom line. I missed one cleaning at another dentist in the last year, but was told I had 9 cavities, 7 of which needed fillings. I was given a regular X-ray, but my insurance company said it was a full-mouth, which I wasn't allowed. Rather than clearing it up, Dr. Rothfus went ahead and charged me for it. She gave my wife a similar non-covered X-ray, but wrote off the bill for it. I called regarding the mixup with my insurance, but received no answer. I was sent a letter a few days later explaining that I was being dropped as a patient. They still want me to pay for the service and have made no attempt to correct an obvious error in filing. I had an appointment to fix two teeth that have been hurting for over a year, but she cancelled that too. My teeth HURT!
