This place is horrible. I have been waiting for over a year to get in for a cleaning. After finally getting scheduled they said they had to cancel because my initial consultation happened over a year ago. The next available appointment is 6 months out. If you are that short staffed then hire more staff. Awful service.

Took months to get an appointment and when I finally get the confirmation they had the wrong number someone who isn’t even on my insurance. Then the time I wrote down was incorrect by 2hrs hmm.. so then the day of I was asked to come in 1 hour early 3 instead of 4pm. But still waited till 4:20pm smh

WOULD NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unprofessional and dishonest staff. Very little privacy in the treatment area. Took more than 2 hours for x-rays and cleaning. They don't care about your pain...took them 2 WEEKS to even submit a referral to insurance company. They set up a treatment plan to take care of painful issues (went to them mid November), but not starting until APRIL!!! IF they give you a prescription for pain meds, only enough for a few days...while THEY don't submit the referral for surgeon for 2 WEEKS! And that is not even with an estimate on timeframe!

Waited months for an appointment as a new patient. Showed up at 9:30 waited almost 2 hours just to walk out and leave because they clearly messed my appointment up and didn't admit to it. They also kept taking people back walking through the door and I still waited. They didn't have an answer to when they could get me back and weren't nice or even call me to reschedule an appointment. This place is a joke. Wouldn't recommend!!

I was nervous coming here, and my experience was reassuring when I met Tim Jacob he knows what he's doing and have the experience to back it up. I just had an abscess and bad tooth that needed to be pulled and Dr.Jacob took care of the Abscess and broken molar under an hour thats amazing in my book. He is definitely the go to Guy to get work done and the female staff were terrific on helping me get through the process. I recommend anyone who wants the best experience let alone the best work done is Dr.Tim Jacob he is my favorite Dentist!

BEWARE!!!!!! I came into this clinic around June of last year. They did the exam and x-rays and determined I had a few cavities that needed filling. I made the appointment, then had to cancel, and ended up forgetting about it for around 6 months. I ended up going to a different dentist that did a free exam and x-ray for new patients (this clinic does not). They told me I didn't have ANY cavities! This means that one of those dentists is lying --and I have a strong feeling it was the one asking for money. I will NEVER go back to these scam artists who prey on low-income families!!

Great staff supportive my experiences with past dental was very poor. They made sure you were comfortable explaining all the steps to getting dentures. Not ever had this before and there main goal was to make sure I liked them the fit, color and met my desires in my dentures. Cant say enough about my experience from beginning to end.
