After having a few really bad experiences in SBch, I was leary about trying a new dentist here. Luckily, a few years ago, my husband was referred to Dr. Teich by a friend... It was a total game changer! He and his amazing staff make going to the dentist NOT stressful at all! Your comfort IS important to them. I personally love the headphones; although, I have a hard time not singing along to my favorite tunes. Hubby is so relaxed there that he falls asleep! If I could give more stars I would!! We won't be going anywhere else.

If I could give more than ‘5 stars’ I would in a heartbeat. I currently live in Florence, OR, and couldn’t get an appointment anywhere in town. One place even told me my “wisdom tooth wasn’t an emergency”...(my wisdom tooth has been bothering me for nearly 11 months!!!) So my current boss recommended Gentle Dentistry in Newport. I called, and got an appointment right away. In fact, after I was given an appointment, my date and time of that appointment was bumped up to get me in even sooner. When I got there, everyone was so very kind and caring and took care of my “not emergency” situation within just minutes! I am so very happy and RELIEVED that I was recommended to this place! Great staff! Great doctor! I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone I know that lives in Florence, OR because it’s definitely worth the drive!

I was a "emergency" situation. I made 2 wrong turns and was vfc 10 minutes late at best. The staff was orifessiinal, punctual and sweet. I'm self pay and no one moved forward without consent. The DDS was informative and great. His dental tech was concise and to the point. They took care of my issue and recommended "future" visits. I will continue to go here. I was treated as a person and NOT a chart number or dollar sign.💜😍
