Dr.Dunker has cancelled my daughter's last three appointments since November, then dropped her as a patient. The first appointment was cancelled and rescheduled by his office with the excuse that a machine was broken. The second appointment was cancelled and rescheduled with the excuse that the prior patient was taking longer than expected and we had been shoved out of our scheduled appointment time. The third appointment was cancelled and rescheduled with the excuse that a patient with Covid had been to the office, and the office had to be sanitized. My daughter's appointment was rescheduled to March 3rd. Today is February 27th, and we received a letter from Dr. Dunker's office stating that after reviewing our records and our history with their office, they can no longer serve her dental needs and we need to find another dentist. My daughter ages out of Medicaid at the end of March, there is no time left to find another dentist. The absolutely unprofessional manner in which they have handled this matter has me in awe that this Dentist is still licensed and operating a business. Save yourself the incredible frustration that comes with last minute appointment cancellations and one excuse after another, and find yourself a reliable dentist.

Dr. Dunker made surprisingly rude comments that were not appreciated. I was honestly surprised he used sarcasm to make a point and was completely unprofessional. I wish him well and hope he reconsiders his approach in the future.
