Gone. Overnight this office changed their name and the next month closed abruptly. No heads-up to clients. Not professional at all.

Really nice dentist and staff. I had problems with my tooth for years and neglected them. He took the time to re-fit the crown he put in over and over at no extra charge because it was tough for me to regain my bite. He really cares and I'd highly recommend.

After years of coming here, I had a terrible experience that will have me switching dentists. I came in expecting to get my cleaning done as I had for years without issues & my insurance covers cleanings in full. Without my knowledge or consent I was & I quote, “automatically switched” to a different type of cleaning that was not 100% covered by my insurance. Why? Because I had a deep cleaning done on two teeth and in the eyes of this office that meant that they should switch my entire cleaning plan, again, without informing me or asking me if that is what I wanted to do going forward. If I had known that and they communicated with me, I would have reached out to my insurance company to see what they covered & made a decision for myself from there if I could afford the out of pocket cost. They didn’t give me the chance to make a decision myself. So after I quite literally had to pay because of their decision out of pocket 20% of this cleaning, when I called to try to figure out why this happened I got NO apology, no ownership was taken, & the front office was incredibly rude to me in regards to this. I was just told over & over when I asked why I wasn’t informed or asked that this is just what they “automatically” do. I felt like at this point all they wanted was my money and to change my treatment plan without telling me so that they could bill my insurance for more money. I’ve never had this experience at a dental office before. Now that trust is completely gone, I will never come back here. Which is unfortunate, because Horacek is actually a great dentist.

As always, Dr. Horacek and his team were wonderful when I went in today. I needed a last minute appointment and Dr. Horacek fit me right in, which I know isn't easy. I've been seeing Dr. Horacek for over 13 years. I will continue for many more.

I visited Horacek dental anticipating have to remove 4 teeth. I had faxed x-rays from a clinic in Washington I did not know we're insufficient. Dr Horacek was able to provide x-rays of the whole tooth including the root and save the tooth the other clinic was going to pull with a fairly simple procedure. He accomplished in one visit what the Washington clinic could not manage in 3 visits. His prices were reasonable and He was very professional in his practice as well as thorough. My experience was pleasant and timely.

My daughter, who is nervous about dentist visits, really enjoys Horacek Dental because of how patient the dentists and hygienists are. They really spend the time she needs to make her feel comfortable and it has been a good fit for her. I appreciate the work they do!

Happy customer! It was such a relief to find a great dental office within walking distance from my home. I haven't always had success finding new health professionals I like or trust, but I instantly felt a sense of ease at Horacek. The staff is great. They listen, are compassionate, and thorough. My teeth are sparkling. My hygienist recommended (and sent me home with samples) of a new floss and paste to help maintain my specific dental health needs. Having lots of crowns this is imperitive. I'll admit had no idea so many different floss options existed! I highly recommend if you're looking for a new practice.

I had a new patient exam on 3/4/2022. I had a lot of trepidation going in because my 6 month on the nose exams had been disrupted for a time due to Covid then two very bad experiences at two different chain offices in Happy Vally. So, that was the core of my anxiety when going in to Horacek Dental. I know I’m going to butcher some spellings here, please forgive me! Everyone that I dealt with there was so warm and welcoming. Rashida and the other front office gal who was wonderful but I forgot to get her name! I was at ease right away. Called back right away and Shenoah, my hygienist, just the best!!! So good and so much knowledge and answers to my questions as well as suggestions. Dr. Shynsato, very nice and did the exam as well as answered my questions easily. My 6 month exams had pretty much always been easy but this went beyond easy. You aren’t just treated like a numbered rat run through a maze! I’ll admit I’ll always be nervous at the dentist’s office but I hadn’t felt that comfortable in years armed with extra knowledge as to what to watch for with my particular situation (dry mouth) and even a couple of suggestions for at home products that might make things easier for me. I have found my new dental provider!!! Yay!!! Even if I have to have actual procedures done in future I know I will be comfortable and have much more faith in my providers. I can’t say enough good things about Horacek Dental. I would give every single person there 10 stars!!!
