I moved here recently and have had the same dentist, back home, for years. I was terrified of a new one. No reason to be nervous. This dental office was courteous, accommodating, and the dentist is experienced, has a light touch, extremely efficient, and an amazing “bedside” manner. I am so glad I chose this place and will definitely continue getting care here. It can be hard to schedule certain things, but they call you when cancellations occur.

This practice passed from Dr. Eiler who was wonderful to Dr. Kim who frankly I might like even more. At my first cleaning with the new doctor I didn't like to hear that my old fillings needed to be replaced, but he was 100% right because one of them fell out before my appointment came. Today Dr. Kim replaced two of my fillings in an hour. Afterwards he showed me pictures of the procedure and advised me about future dental expectations.

I have been going to Dr. Eilers for 35 years. He is such a wonderful dentist. He listens if you have concerns or questions and explains what he is going to do. He is a very caring, extremely knowledgeable dentist and truly cares for his patients. His dental hygienist, Michelle, is awesome also. She is very gentle and very thorough. His assistant, Nancy, is great as is Lynn, who handles the day to day activities of the office. Everybody there is so wonderful, kind and caring. I just hope he never retires because I know nobody can ever replace Dr. Eilers! I highly recommend him!

Tim Eilers and his staff are a great team with many years of experience. I have been going to Dr. Eilers for several years now. He has done several crowns for me. The work was flawless. His dentistry skills are superb. He's definitely the best dentist I've ever had work on my mouth. (There have been several, not all of them good!) He's also on the faculty at OHSU dental school, so he shares through teaching and keeps his knowledge fresh!

I have been going to Dr. Eilers since 1999 and he is the best dentist I have ever gone too. I tried switching one time, because Dr. Eilers does not use the gas, and I thought I needed it for getting a root canal. So I was sitting in the chair of the new dentist, getting loopy on the gas and he asked, "Why did you leave Dr. Eilers? He is really good!" I said, "aren't You really good??" Immediately I regretted my decision.. and quickly realized the gas wasn't worth it anymore. So I went back to Dr. Eilers and now I just really hope that never retires!! He has a great crew as well and has had the same hygienist and assistant for as long as I can remember. Also, I broke one of my crowns while i was in dental lab school and he put a temporary on, so that when I learned how to make crowns, I could make my own and he would put it on for me. And two years later we finally did it! Oh and he was also voted Portland's Best Dentist during the time I have been going to him. I can't remember what year but I think it was the middle 2000s. Anyway, I highly recommend Dr. Eilers!
