I had been seeing a dentist at this office when it was Gridley Dental for years with no issues. Last year, I came in for what were supposed to be routine procedures meant to be preventative dental care and what I instead received was the worst care and result possible from the new dentist in charge, Dr. Lund. He made assumptions about my ability to pay for the work I was receiving or might need done based purely on my race when looking at my teeth would have clearly indicated to him that I have had and can afford great dental care. He botched my crown making it far too large. I had to return multiple times to have it sanded down and it still was never fixed properly. It has now caused the filling below it to crack and come loose from the repeated exposure to an improperly installed crown. If you aren't white and seemingly affluent, I would avoid this dentist at all costs.

Dr Lund is considered and detail oriented, it’s unfortunate that front office manger Mandy is rude and unprofessional. Speaking with her she raises her voice, repeatedly interrupts a conversation and hangs up on you if she doesn’t want to hear what you have to say.
