I can't even begin to put into words the amazing level of care and compassion we received from Dental Care of Portland. My fiance unfortunately was involved in a terrible car accident leaving 1 tooth broken in half and another chipped. We called at least 10 different dentists before finding this place. My fiance raved about the doctors incredible bedside manner. And how nice the office people were. I have only had the pleasure of interacting with Prahb. And oh my goodness that woman deserves a medal in customer service. She has been so patient and so caring through this harry situation we are in. And just as an added "this place is the best" on Wednesday December 28th we were experiencing a power outage and I was calling regarding a claim question, and this sweet woman offered me and my family to warm up their office. Talk about faith in humanity. Anywho, if I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Okay, I promised I was going to write more than 5 lines! Where do I even begin! So I had a filling from another dentist who wasn’t able to numb me, and he was SO mean about me not being able to get the nerve numb. The previous dentist left me with a giant hole between two teeth, with a temporary that fell out 3 HOURS after it was placed. I went two weeks calling multiple dentists trying to get an appointment. Dental care of Portland took the time to listen to me and got me in 3 DAYS LATER! Other dentists were booked month out, even for dental emergencies! When I got there, I explained to Dr. J Bhui what had happened and he assured me if I was in his chair, I will be numb and I would not have pain. He was able to numb me within 10 MINUTES! The previous dentist had me in his chair for an hour and a half! Dr. Bhui is the most kind, funny and fast dentist I’ve ever been to. His bedside manner (especially as someone who has state insurance) has been the best I’ve EVER had. I was tearing up in the office because of how sweet he was and kind and attentive to any sort of pain I might be in. I felt heard and truly listened to. This doc has EXPERIENCE. When I looked at the tooth after, YOU COULDN’T EVEN TELL I HAD DENTAL WORK DONE! It matched my tooth PERFECTLY. This is the BEST DENTIST AND I AM A FOREVER PATIENT! Thank you Dr, Bhui for taking the time to 1) help me at a whim for an emergency! 2) Being so kind an attentive to your patients and 3) telling me before hand any work that needs done and really finding what the best course of action is with the PATIENTS best interest! Dr. Bhui is the best dentist I've ever been to. He was professional, polite, and fast. I had an abscess tooth removed. For me it was a quick and painless procedure. I walked out feeling like a new person! The lady at the desk and young man assistant were also very polite and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Bhui!

They were awesome, the staff got me in to be worked on end of day (they probably stayed late) for an emergency extraction. The staff was wonderful, insightful, empathetic and efficient. The dentist was straight forward, quick and didnt sugar coat anything.

Wasted my time. I have double coverage, when I called to make an appointment I verified they accepted both my insurance companies. Well 30 minutes into my appointment (after the numbing) they told me that they wouldn't bill my 2nd insurance until I hit my yearly limit with my primary insurance and would have to pay the difference outta pocket. The whole reason for having double coverage is so you don't pay outta pocket and have always done it this way.... I dunno if the lady just doesn't know how to bill 2 companies or just wanted cash. Wasted my time when I could've went elsewhere.
