I had an emergent issue on a Sunday. I called Sunday morning and left a message hoping I could get in Monday morning for, well, anything. I walked in Monday morning knowing I may not even be able to be seen with their other appointments already scheduled. Well, I rang the bell and Megan came out to greet me. She had gotten my message. She had looked in my chart and reviewed my history. She knew I needed to be seen. She got my in! Her team member got my x-rays stat. She reviewed my probable diagnosis with me. She was 100% correct, it was really bad. She referred me to Malmquist Oral Surgery one floor below and due to Megan's good reputation and strong relationship with them, Malmquist got me right in as well. Granted I had only seen Megan one time. I was hardly an established and known patient. She really took care of me. I will continue to see her.

Was treated horribly by receptionist. Multiple times. Dentist was in a hurry. Tried to unethically upsell services. It's all about the money to them and not about satisfied customers.
