Amazing service from everyone and so friendly. I really like the doctor here. I had never felt very safe or secure with a dentist prior to him.

I love this dental office! Page my hygienist is fantastic, positive and and excellent. She makes cleanings easy! Dr. Madeline Beinlich is truly an exceptional dentist, thorough upbeat and a pure joy. The office team is amazing as well. Warm, helpful and caring. I would particularly recommend this practice for folks with dental phobias. They are the best!!

The office sat down and gave me a breakdown of all my treatments and costs. Now,they are quoting me a price of roughly an additional $700 dollars and no one can explain why. The representative I spoke to on the phone (3/24/23) was impatient and told me shed inquire with someone above her head to explain the sudden price jump. I believe her name was Lauren, anyways I haven’t received a call back since. A business should be able to accurately give you a simple explanation of where your funds are going and in a timely manner. At this point Im skeptical of doing any further business with this office for fear of being half way done and the price suddenly changing again.

STAY away from this office/company. This is my personal experience. Less than two years ago I visited this location to get a cleaning and a crown. After having terrible experiences with "dentists" in the past, I was over cautious and did my due diligence vetting my next dentist. When I was calling dentists around Portland, my main concern was their reputation and how they stand behind their work. I specifically asked about warranties as dental work is VERY expensive, especially dealing with a crown. My time is also extremely valuable. At that time, I was told it was five year warranty on the porcelain crown and that any and all costs were covered if the crown failed. Fast forward to less than two years and the porcelain crown-which I didn't want-broke. I called the office and was assured that indeed I was still under warranty and that the crown shouldn't have failed in the time frame. All costs were to be covered. They were nice and made an appointment for Wednesday-called Monday morning-to get the process of replacing the crown started. At 7:02 pm-they TEXTED/Close @7pm-to tell me that I was rescheduled for Thursday @8 am. I had taken the Wednesday off from work already, now forcing me to take another day off to make the rescheduled appointment on Thursday. The first thing they asked was what insurance I had because the insurance I had at the prior visit was no longer valid. I asked why, because as I had stated when making the appointment that I didn't have insurance and more importantly, I was told that the crown would be replaced at no cost to me. I was adamant explaining the situation when I called to avoid this very situation. I was told that nothing was going to be covered and I would have to pay for everything or make a payment plan. I asked to speak to a manager. The employee-Leeland-went to speak with the manager and after 20 minutes, came out to tell me the same thing. The visit was going to be +$2000. Today. I asked again, why would they tell me it was u

I do not recommend settling for this place, I did for a while, and it was a mistake. It's a bit pretentious, and it seems they focus more on ascetic than health; more on office chic than genuine quality care. You deserve better oral health care than this place offers.

Super nice and easy process. Staff was constantly making sure I was at ease.

Avoid, this place runs a car wash/oil change upsell scam, refused to clean my teeth unless I paid for an expensive “deep clean”. Do no harm? All before speaking to an actual dentist, many other reviews here citing same upsell BS.

Amazingly nice people and top work from everybody there! My deep clean had me worried but it was a breeze. My first experience at Timber couldn't have been better.

they were so nice here. most positive dentist experience I have ever had! My hygienist Heidi explained everything to me before it happened in a way i could understand but was not condescending :)

Had a great experience. Front start to Finish, everyone was awesome. My dentist was friendly and incredibly thorough. As was my hygienist. I highly recommend Timber Dental.

Staff was very professional. Communication on getting my needs met, was top-notch. During my visit, I felt comfortable and was able to express my fears on moving forward with getting my mouth healthy. Thank you Timber Dental!!!

On my very first visit, I experienced great. All the staffs are professional and friendly. The hygienist was very amazing. Dr. Garcia did incredible job. And he was listening, advised me about my future visit what needs to be done.

Dreadful experience. Upsell dentistry. Bait and switch techniques. Non-evidence based care. Unprofessional. Present the issues in confusing and contradictory terms. When asking for explanations, I was not “allowed” to speak to a dentist.

The hygienist and the doctor that I had was wonderful and they did call my nerves down.

The staff was amazing! So nice and comforting and funny. Helped to take my immense fear away. Truly gifted folks.
