Came into my appointment today and was told they tried to call to reschedule mind you I had to take time off for this appointment. They had my old number on file that's why they couldn't reach me. The receptionist was super understanding and even talked to everyone in back. They were able to see me right away anyways. I was so greatful. They are very professional and I appreciate the time and understanding.

Very nice staff. Great Dr. And assistant!. They care and take time to listen and explain. Very satisfied with my appointment there. ☺️

Love the staff there. I just got dentures. They are wonderful. I was scared to do it,but they staff made me feel comfortable . I'm so Glade I went there . Love my dentures. 😁 I can smile big now. Thank you

Wow just blown away, I do not understand how this can go on. I waited 6 months for a visit with a painful tooth after reading reviewes I thought should call just to confirm my appointment only to find out that they had in fact "lost " my appointment !!!! they did have another appointment that day with 30 min notice, thy ask to be 15 min early but were out of the office at lunch so sat in my car for 15 minutes , after they took x-ray of my now excruciating tooth they then tried to get me to set an appointment for another 6 months to have it pulled because of course now it can not be saved...it is really sad that before she set the appointment she asked what insurance I carried, I guess people with more preferable insurance don't wait a year to have a tooth fixed. All that being said they all very nice but .they need a office manager and more staff MOST DEFINITELY

I recently endured the process of getting a crown placed at the Prineville Advantage Dental Office. The new Dentist working with the facility is OUTSTANDING! Dr. Diepenheim was patient and compassionate when she explained my procedure and performed the necessary work I needed. I was also fortunate enough to have a kind Dental Assistant, Danyel, who has been there forever and knows me on a first name basis. I know Advantage has had some issues with scheduling, but unfortunately it's like that everywhere post-covid. My experience was suprisingly pleasant- well, as pleasant as visiting the dentist can get. :)

So thankful for Danyel and the staff at Advantage Dental! They were so great and we would highly recommend!

I do not recommend this clinic. They will cancel your appointment more then few times. Day before or week before and put you out for 3 months or so. Office assistance gets clients appointments mixed up when calling to confirm your appointment.They will also argue with you soon as they realize their in the wrong for messing up or changing appointments times and days without confirming with clients.I had to put in a complaint today with insurance with this clinic. I was told by plenty other past patients not to go here they have a bad reputation but I gave them a chance now I have experience what they had told me what would happen with this certain clinic.

All they do is push back appointments absolutely ridiculous. Mine and my wifes appointment have been pushed back 9 months and my has been pushed back over a year. I would not recommend going here.

Danyelle Was amazingg to say the least! She went above & beyond to make sure my boyfriend got the care he needed & I’m very grateful for it! Definitely the nicest & most caring Advantage Dental in all of Central Oregon! 100/10 would recommend!(;

The best staff! I had a root canal done and it went so smoothly. The dentist and her aids were gentle, so nice and explained everything clearly. I just wish they had more help for all the patients they have as it's hard to get in for an appointment in a timely manner. However I will wait for a long as need be for the amazing staff!

Love that they cancel your appointment the day of the appointment even though it has been scheduled for over 6 months. Then they tell me to look into a different location and try to get an appointment. It has already been a six month wait, Ridiculous!!!

I don’t do reviews typically… but i am still enraged by what I experienced through this place.. and I wasn’t even the patient. It takes forever to get a appointment then half the time they cancel on you. The billing department can’t figure out how to do their job. The dentists foul up and then don’t want to be held accountable for the mistakes they make.. just try to find loop holes to still make you pay for work they didn’t even do right. They close whenever they feel like it. You can never get someone on the phone. You leave a message they never call back. This place is a joke. Their motto should be “ we take advantage of our patients”. Maybe if your just getting your teeth cleaned you will be ok.. but if you need any work done expect to find a back up dentist to fix the work advantage dental did.

The staff at this location are so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is relatable and the doctor is so informative and willing to walk you though procedures and answer questions making you feel at ease.

This place is very comfortable, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. They do their absolute best to take care of your needs. Love them here.

In almost every case the dentist never heard to a word I said them or would have done if they did. It always seemed to have the theme of… how much money can I make rather then how can I help you. I truly got the best dentist I ever have had at Advantage Dental. She not only heard what I was saying to her but did a great job making it happen for me. I Highly recommend this advantage dental location. I want to give a warm thanks to show my appreciation to Dr. Diepenheim for what I can only describe as very very very gentle and kind dental work. Her kindness shows in the way she treats her staff and her staff responds to her. Danyel, (The dental assistant of awesomeness) was literally a joy to be around as we went through my procedures. The amount of confidence and care that was displayed during my visit was “above and beyond”. I can’t thank you or your staff enough for the kindness and the help you’ve given to me. 5 of the brightest stars to you.

Took my daughter in for some tooth pain found out what she needs done and gave us some advise and we got the next couple Apts set up. Sally at the counter was super helpful and sweet
